About Vacasa, TX - Texas Gulf Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great last minute rates and location
The property was very unclean because the Linens were dirty and smelly. They smelled as if they hadn't been washed for months. They smelled like people had been sleeping on them as well. There were pieces of the property like wall hangings and bathroom pieces that were left in the closet but didn't look like they were being used. The chair in the front room had a broken leg that leaned but the front desk couldn't help us out with getting it repaired please don't stay here
Ok, but better units are available at The Victorian
The Victorian is a very nice complex, but because each unit is privately owned by different owners, it hit or miss on what your unit will be like.
The "Divine Pearl" was extremely dated (updating would be recommended). The mini frig needs to be defrosted because it barely kept the food cool. The kitchen cabinets are showing their age and needs to be repaired and painted. The throw pillows on the furnishings were stained and the plastic furniture on the balcony were cracked. The room also had musky smell.
Also, it needs to be stressed in the description that laundry machines are available, but not housed inside the unit.
Details need some attention in a great location
New rental procedures during recent changes created confusion upon checkout and checkin.
Normal bathroom items not provided including kleenex and lotion. Kid size futon in living area not comfortable even for sitting and one of the two lounge chairs had a broken or loose leg, leaving limited seating locations. Paint needs to be touched up. Otherwise, it has a perfect location for what we needed.
Nice and everything you need.
Overall, this condo did have everything you need. We were really only there to sleep. It was clean and right on the sea Wall, however it could use a couple updates with the couch and TV in the room. That is just our preference though.
