About this property

Our condos have a gorgeous, panoramic ocean view from inside the condo. This condo is on the 3rd floor, and it face east so you can view sunrise even from your sofa bed. It is wonderful to sit on balcony and hear soothing ocean waves and birds. It is very cheery and bright inside. It has clean tile floor and is being mop and clean from top to bottom before each guess arrive. It s ideal for families because there are plenty of seating and sleeping areas. It has 2 bunk beds for kids and queen size bed in separate bedroom. Our sofa can be pull out into a queen bed and the sofa seat is thick enough that it can accommodate an extra single bed to sleep if you like. We have stock all amenities we can think of for you just like we were to stay there ourselves. The only it missing is you and your own personal belongings.

P.S. Each unit is allow only 2 cars for parking. Parking Permit will provide at check-in. No trailer or boats allow per association.

Everything is fine, it just needs a little more cleaning, the microwave does not heat.

The stadia is perfect, the view of the beach and the proximity to the beach is perfect. I love staying here.

Great location right on Seawall. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in and people watch. Had all we needed for s quick weekend getaway. Wss s little dusty in places but overall it was clean.

Place was clean. Right across the street from the beach and a fishing pier, and right at the light, which is a big plus. Manager returned texts very quickly when we had questions.

Weekend Get Away

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed), there are some beach accessories in the closet and board games. The view from the balcony is amazing. Amanda answered any questions I had quickly, and the check in and checkout process was extremely easy. Amanda's condo was perfect for the 2 of us. I highly recommend it, and will be staying here again on my next trip to Galveston.

Family Beach Vacation in Galveston

Our vacation stay was awesome. Everything that was advertised was a accurate . Need to bring extra towels, but I did this anyway. The beach was just across the street. I sat each morning and had my coffee on the balcony watching the beach. My family had a worry free vacation . I recommend this place highly. Everything is just around the corner.

2019 Vacation

Clean and nicely decorated. Wished there was cable in the bedroom. Lots of dishes and loved having the beach toys and beach blanket (which I forgot). Thanks for the drinks in the fridge Amanda.

Property has all necessities but it is quite Outdated. Was also kind of dirty in some areas of the room.. Beds were comfortable however.

Lights out the entire first night due to a transformer.. lost all dairy products and some refrigerator products.. was promised a 50 dollar credit back.. was absolutely miserable and had to climb three story stairs up and down.. never got the credit, my texts were never answered… don’t offer something that you don’t intend to follow through on.. room was clean and had plenty dishes . Would have been better if I could have used them👀😬

My experience with this property was very disappointing. The room was from the 60s with old furnitures and all mix match pieces not to mention the old and musky smell upon entering the room. The sofa was draped with sofa covers and cushions all bulging under the covers. This have to be my worse experience renting from a private individual. There was dirty pot holders in the kitchen, pots was packed way but oily to the touch, coffee pot was old and shabby looking. Now let’s talk about all that leftover food in the pantry like the open pack of flower, sugar, an almost empty can of coffee, two bottles of oil, McCormick black pepper and no salt. Top it all off in the bathroom had half bottle of soft hand soap or that I assume until I pump the lid and water gush out on me. This is just a brief description into my experience staying at this property. Still I never describe the bath tub or the dust in the closet. Never again.

Best Host Ever

Amanda is amazing. Anything you need, she will respond promptly and take care of you. We have stayed in her property before and will happily do it again. As for the unit, it's exactly as described and everything you'd expect. We've rented many units at this complex and this one is the best location on the property in this price range.
