Mid Island vacation rentals

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for my family of six. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the couches were cozy, the kitchen was nice and we enjoyed the screened in back porch. The golf cart made our stay even better. They had a large canopy to use on the beach, a variety of beach toys and chairs, and instructions left for us on the best way to get to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for us and most of the time, it was just us in the pool. We love HHI and would definitely consider returning to this villa in the future.

My family and I recently spent five days at a condo in Hilton Head, and it was everything I hoped for in a beach getaway. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach essentials like chairs and towels. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and bike trails. I spent my mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony with a view of the palm trees, and my afternoons soaking up the sun on the sand or exploring the island on a rented bike.The community was quiet and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Whether I was lounging by the pool or watching the sunset, every moment felt like a true vacation.I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located spot in Hilton Head. Five stars for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm!

Fabulous location, great amenities, the condo was very clean, thanks for making beach chairs and towels available for our use, TV viewing options were perfect, may want to think about upgrading the bath towels and including a table on the balcony. Loved our stay, would definitely stay again!!!

This was our 5th time at this property. Very comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 dogs. Nice walk to beach in a beautiful setting. Owner (Laura) is very easy to communicate with.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We would absolutely stay here again. Goggle maps had trouble finding the location so I'd recommend searching for the resort rather than street address. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless and beautifully renovated.

Great location 1-2 minute walk to beach. Property faces the ocean with a full unobstructed view- even better if you can get up early for the sunrise. Bedroom & bathroom are not large- but all the important things are covered: comfortable bed, adequate storage, great shower (water pressure). Kitchen is well stocked- coffee maker and microwave work well. The place is immaculate, the owner is communicative, and the “owner’s manual” is the most comprehensive I have ever seen explaining how to operate the TV’s, etc. Also- beach chairs are comfortable, umbrella is easy to set up, and there is a cart to tote it all to the beach.

We thoughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, mid island. The apartment was comfortable, kitchenette well stocked. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean.

If you read any of the other wonderful reviews…just ditto that. Property and hosts were magnificent! Every thing was exactly how it was described and best ever equipped for a beach trip. The wildlife in the backyard of deer, and a bald eagle were a plus.
