Gutentag Claudia, Thank you for taking your time to write a review on our apartment. We take all comments our Guests leave us very seriously to help us maintain and improve our services at all times. We aim to have everything digitalised in accordance with the covid measures and to make sure that you have all needed information available 24/7, but most importantly, so you can access the detailed guide we made for you (with videos, pictures and much more, to help you precisely find the place easier and get familiar BEFORE getting there). For this reason we have put all information in our online Guest Portal. This is why, in our confirmation email, we encourage you to check it out the sooner possible, and we also insist in you calling us no matter what you need. For that same reason, to make sure you can always call us, we enabled a direct-call button to allow you to reach us immediately by phone through the Guest Portal. Also, two members of our Team are always there (on the street level floor) and, you must have also seen cleaning staff around for sure, as they come mostly every day during the mornings. We speak English, Spanish, Catalan, Dutch, a bit of French and a bit German ;). By the way, the Guest Portal is also translated in German to make sure that’s not a limitation. If your case was that you had no smartphone, this is not a problem, just by telling us we would have had several alternative options to share the information with you: PDF format, URL link.. we can also send all information via email. In any case, it is always recommended to read the instructions before starting your travels to ensure everything is clear and to have the how to arrive instructions at hand. Regarding the humidity, this is a typical thermic consequence in Costa Brava when temperatures are high and humidity in the air is over the roof.., it is something that doesn’t only happen in this apartment, but a consequence of the weather at every time. It’s important to keep in mind that, during mid-late September, humidity % is higher mainly due to the winds and the amount of rain we get at this time of the year. We are sorry to read that you would not book the apartment again.
