This was our first visit to Venice. The apartment was perfectly located and accessible to all Venice points of interest. We visited with another couple and the apartment was very comfortable for four adults. Monica was very helpful from the day we booked right up to greeting us on arrival, walking us to the apartment, and pointing out all points of interest in Venice. We highly recommend this property.

Monica was fun and delightful to work with and she helped us figure out how to travel by vaporetto. The apartment was nice and as described, it had everything we needed. The common area was very nice and comfortable for the 5 of us. We wished we had been a little closer to St Mark’s square and that area, just because we are senior women and the walk felt long on some days, but we bought a 3-day vaporetto pass and traveled by boat and loved it.

Excellent stay

The property was attractive, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-located; we had everything we needed. Our host made it exceptional - Monica helped us arrange cost-effective transport from the airport, was flexible with check-in when our flight was delayed, and provided tips for what to see, where to eat, and how to get where we needed to go. Her guest book was a helpful reference. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wie jedes Jahr ein wundervoller Aufenthalt

5 Sterne Unterkunft

Wir hatten zu 5 Erwachsenen eine wunderschöne zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gestimmt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist wirklich geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Man hat das Gefühl in eine bewohnte Wohnung zu kommen und nicht in eine typische Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden wunderbar betreut. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Man hat keinen direkten Blick auf Wasser, denn das Haus steht in der 2. Reihe. Es ist angenehm ruhig dort. 2 Minuten zur Haltestelle Spirito Santo .

Very nice

Very nice, comfy place. In a quiet area with a short walk to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Monica was very nice and helpful with offering suggestions in Venice and organizing transportation to the airport when we left. We had a great time exploring Venice.

Die gemütliche Wohnung war für uns 5 Personen einfach perfekt. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, Vaporetto in der Nähe, nicht weit zum Canale Grande. Supermarkt ein paar Häuser weiter. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Over and above helpful host!

The flat is lovely and well-placed for wandering, with easy access by water bus or taxi. When we couldn’t get an early taxi to the airport, our wonderful host stepped in and found us a lift! Highly recommend.

On our own in Venice

After a delightful Viking cruise of the Mediterranean our group of 4 women spent 3 days in Venice. Getting from the cruise terminal in nearby Chioggia we made our way to Venice and found our VRBO easily thanks to our host Monica’s instructions. She met us at the nearby waterbus stop. The flat was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious and well equipped and in an ideal and quiet location. There were lots of great restaurants within walking distance We purchased 3 day transit passes and enjoyed finding our way around Venice. We also used our passes to spend an afternoon in Murano. There were lots of delicious restaurants nearby. Monica organized a private water taxi to pick us up nearby for our very early morning trip to the airport.

Celebrating birthdays of three teenagers our grandchildren

Ideally situated 10 minutes from academia et 5 minutes from Zattere vaporetto stop.Less crowdy than San Marco.Convenient supermarket 200 m distant.Animated and authentic environment.Our 15 grandchildren were able to walk around on their own.They liked it !

Perfect base to explore.

The apartment was the perfect base for our family to explore the sights of Venice. A quieter spot away from the bustle of the touristy centre. Just a short walk away and you can get lost in the back streets of the art district, find hidden away restaurants and also get to the main sights. The apartment had everything our family needed and was clean and well appointed, Monica was very helpful when checking in and met us as the local Waterbus station. Superb views from the kitchen each morning and a cosy place to relax after a long day exploring.

Venice Birthday Trip

As advertised. I highly recommend! You’ll love it there! We had a blast and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Bring your walking shoes with you! You’ll need them and maybe some galoshes too. Galoshes are the one thing I wished I would have packed. I will note that it was a bit tricky to get to for us because it was our very first time in Italy (and we know very little Italian), plus we were navigating ourselves from the train station to the VRBO, but we finally got it all figured out. Alberto was very friendly and helpful getting us there. If you’re staying here make sure to take the water-bus to the Zaterre stop. It’s a straight shot to the apartment from there. Maybe a 10 minute slow walk tops. There are plenty of restaurants along the way to the apartment and of course plenty of places to eat in Venice.

Well located and comfortable. The various keys for access were sometimes tricky to use particularly the main external gate . Also heating controls lacked instructions. Overall very comfortable

Everything you want and more!

Lovely property, very spacious, quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable, excellent location (5' walk to Salute vaporetto stop on Grand Canal). Monica is an excellent host and there is lots of information in the apartment. Sorry that we only had 4 nights, but we will return! Thank you Monica.

It is a very great place to stay in Venice. The location is good. The communication with the Owner Monica was excellent and very useful. The place is well decorated (Exactly as in the picture) and very comfortable. It was a great choice for my family and I.
