About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Quiet, good vibes

 • 5 of 5

A herd of elk hung out across the road for several hours and let us watch from a close distance. It was quiet. The stars under the night sky were beautiful. We had everything we needed!

The perfect rental company!!

 • 5 of 5

If you have a family (comfy bunk beds) in one bedroom and two other bedrooms with a queen bed each, or a couple, you will enjoy this home, Bonnie Dune! Roomy and well appointed, you will not be disappointed! Ocean and Shopping nearby, Tillamook ice cream available, we liked the blue painted market in nearby Nehalem for that! Antique shops all around, too! HAVE FUN!

Spacious for family of 4

 • 4 of 5

Roomy house, quiet location - kitchen was spacious as well. Hot tub was awesome, the house is indeed modern. Comfy beds... Enough space for our two kids and dog to run around in while it was raining out.

Few things we would have liked to see kept up:

Under the couch - I don't think it has ever been swept/vaccuumed/mopped, very dirty

Dust pan is very cheap and dirt does not get swept on (I like dirt free floors, unfortuantely I did do a bit of housekeeping on vacation)

Vaccuum did not suck up dirt, only if hose portion was used it worked

Needed more laundry packets

Overall a great house!

Roomy, Comfortable

Nice place to stay at, only a few issues that need addressed (esp. considering the nightly rate of the rental)
