THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. A $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for the entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, and their hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Good place to stay

Great location near ocean. Would need some new features and updates like balcony for drying beach towels. No laundry onsite. Good bathroom with two sinks. Toaster oven was useful. Internet was fast - gigabit. Bed has foam mattress. Pillows need an upgrade😆 - they were very simple and not the best. Pool was nice. Gate on eastern side didn’t work for entering the property. Had to use the western gate. European grocery store downstairs was really nice. They had amazing blackberry compote!

Not as advertised

No Wi-Fi as listed, no extra garbage bags, or toilet paper. Said there was a DVD player and there also was not one of those.

Convenient but really small

1. The listing said Queen bed but it's a Full. Listing mentioned dishwasher in check out but there isn't a dishwasher. 2. Don't expect to do anything but sleep in this room. 3. The windows and doors need better insulated. Everyone that walked by talking sounded like they were in the room with you.

Nice Getaway!

This is a great room for those who spend more of their time room or for younger people. I booked this room last minute for my husbands birthday and father's day. I am a bit more picky with rooms, with their being a baseball tournament during this time, I had to find an alternative. The area is quiet and close to anything you may need. My only problem was having to do a little extra cleaning myself. I had to go out and get supplies for the bathroom. The shower liner was dirty and there was a great deal of hair in the shower. There were also orange handprints on the walls. I would also recommend bringing some form of entertainment if you like watching television. There was a DVD remote in the room, but I was not able to locate the player. My husband was able to purchase a firestick and use wifi from his phone. It was nice for a quick getaway. If you are like myself and my husband who like to spend a little time in the room, I would suggest something like a firestick. If you spend more time out, this place is very nice.

Vacasa is great!

Vacasa's communication is excellent. The wifi and cable were unavailable, but we received a credit for that. Plenty of room for two, comfortable bed, and cold air!

Vacasa was on top of everything

We loved the unit and the area. The pool gate code had changed and wouldn't work and we called. They were right on top of it and we were able to get the right code. Will definitely stay with them again.

This is definitely a work in progress. Has a "transitioning" neighborhood vibe—and while that is okay, I would not have stayed in this locale with my family. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Un lugar agradable / A nice place

Me encanta que es una manera muy fácil de reservar y las instrucciones para llegar son muy claras y precisas!. Me gustaría que el cuarto de aire no hiciera tanto ruido pues queda al pie de la cabecera de la cama y que como en otros lugares tuvieran cosas como café disponible para que los clientes podamos preparar, son detalles pequeños, pero marcan la diferencia. I love that it is a very easy way to book and the directions to get there are very clear and precise! The place was clean and in order. I would like the air room not to make so much noise because it is at the foot of the head of the bed and that as in other places they had things like coffee available for the clients to prepare, they are small details, but they make a difference.

Paper towel holder and towel rack falling off wall. Holes above curtain rod, no cover on electric outlet. Ice maker was not clean at all.

Functional

This efficiency unit is very small but it worked fine for me. It is what it is. Didn’t come to PCB to spend time in a room anyway. Location is great and we have stayed in this complex many times.

Great Location

The location is great! The room was clean and definitely for 1-2 people.The beach is walking distance from the room. That end of the beach felt “private” in comparison to the end closer to the pier. The people on site were friendly and professional!

Small studio, no kitchen.

The beach and fishing were awesome!!! However, this particular unit is very small. 1 room with a very uncomfortable bed. Its a sponge like mattress, it is awful. You can also hear everything in the walkway and stairs. Sounds like someone is breaking in. The pillows sucked too. I recommend other units in this location.

It worked in a Pinch

VERY SMALL !! Literally a Bedroom with simple kitchen ( microwave and under counter Frig) So DON'T plan on doing any cooking. Bathroom was a very nice size. The place was clean. Very confusing to find. No mention of a Gate and code that was needed to get in. Luckily we ran into someone staying there that noticed we looked confused and they gave us gate code. Not in a very clean or nice part of town. But it worked for a last minute plan. Worth paying $99 a night max. not a penny more !!!!

Perfect place for a couple on a budget!

This budget-friendly studio was clean, with cold A/C, & a comfy bed! It is VERY small but the only time we spent in the room was to sleep & get ready for dinner, so it wasn't that bad. The location is good with a public beach access across the street. We chose to drive over to the beach access parking because it was easier to do so with all of our beach stuff. There are several restaurants in walking distance. There were only 4 bath towels provided for the 2 of us for a 3-night stay, so I would recommend requesting more or bringing your own. It is located on the 3rd floor so f you have problems using the stairs, be prepared to wait for a very slow & HOT elevator ride! Overall, we were pleased with our stay & would return!

Very Small room with extra lg. bathroom

Instructions I received were not all that good. When you get to the gate it would be nice to have a sign showing that you are at the correct place. It would have been nice if the gate code was with the access information. The information on the Web site needs to be updated. Some of it is not correct.

Quick Get-a-way

The room was very convenient for our quick weekend get-a-way. The walk to the beach was not that bad. However, we drove down to St. Andrew's State Park for the day at the beach. I would stay here again.
