About Vacasa of the Emerald Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. <br> <br> Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. <br> <br> Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!

Loved it was right at the pool and beach.
Close to the beach
When I saw past reviews I was a little hesitant about this property BUT we found it to be very pleasant. Sure, it's an older unit...so if you don't like that, don't book it. But it was perfect for me and my husband and our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool area is amazing, and it was very quiet! We really never heard anything going on around us in other units. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. It was a nice little getaway!
We love Top of the Gulf
Room was clean. Right on the beach! Friendly staff. Only thing is no tub, only a shower. No big deal to most people but I like to soak. 😊
We utilized the condo. It was great for our stay. Only downfall was the bathroom needs a better shower curtain and it was small(nothing one can do about that.) Good stay though.
We stayed in this room 2 years ago, and the doors have been replaced which were very nice improvements. It was much nicer just needing a code to get in instead of needing a code and a key to get in. The blinds worked great. I do think the range and fridge need to be updated, but they are working. <br />
The facility also made some nice improvements for the community, including a porch swing, and other nice public seating areas. <br />
We will continue to stay at Top of the Gulf. It is very budget friendly and close to many restaurants and fun things to do.
We loved the location of the room on first floor because it was a short walk to beach and to vehicle. The room was nice. Appliances could be up dated. The stove had two burners that was not connected and oven took a long time to heat up. Wish I could’ve had ocean veiw but for the money I gave for this room I can live with it. We stayed on beach most of time and had Fun Fun Fun!!!!! And that is all that matters!! Hope I can come back next year..
