Cozy Beachfront Studio with Gulf view TOG 301....

Beach front getaway located at Top of the Gulf in Panama City Beach. TOG unit 301 is a stunning beach front studio with an amazing gulf view. This condo is located on the beach with a very short walk through the pool area to the sugar sandy beach.
TOG unit 301 offers a king size bed, bunks in the hallway, couch and swivel chair for watching TV or relaxing while being mesmerized by the views of the Gulf. A dining table with 4 chairs overlooking the pool and beach for meals or playing games. Kitchenette has all the essentials for vacation meals. All the pots, pans, dishes, and tools you'll need to prepare simple vacation meals. Keurig. Small drip coffee pot.
Bathroom has a beautiful walk-in tile shower. Small clothes armoire for hanging cloths. Please be aware that there is NO washer/dryer in the unit. However, they are just a short trip away, located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th floor.
The Top of the Gulf Association offers one large pool and a small kid friendly pool, seasonal snack bar, a large sundeck overlooking the beautiful Emeral Coast Beach. There is a guest lounge with FREE WIFI, Game room, gym, outside cornhole and shuffleboard court. Our unit is conveniently located on the 3rd floor right off the elevator, meaning a short trip to your room. There is a very large balcony located right out your door with breath taking views of the Gulf and pool area. NOTE: Per new fire code ordnance, this unit allows a Maximum occupancy 4-INCLUDING children & Infant.
You are in the heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance of restaurants such as Pineapple Willys, Hammerhead Freds, Long Board...shopping, golfing, and many other activities and entertainment. There are Ubers readily available in town. We are only 15-20 minutes from the EPC airport. Come enjoy your stay on the beach and create memories for a lifetime.

Great place!

The condo was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great experience for our first trip to PCB. The security guards were friendly and the host was very communicative and responded quickly anytime I reached out. Will be staying here again!

Cozy beach stay

This was a perfect place to stay! Patrick the owner was on-time with all information; check-in, check-out, etc. The property is very well kept, easy access to the pool and beach. Perfect for a family of 4 and even better for a couple. We liked it so much, we are going to plan for another stay next summer.

Great Location

This was a very nice unit. My 2 daughters (9 &7) enjoyed the ocean, and being so close to the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a great property in the perfect location. With one king bed and bunk beds, this was the perfect place for our family of 3. The condo was clean and well stocked with all beach essentials including beach chairs and a small beach cart. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning!

Great place and host!

Patrick's beachfront studio condo was amazing! It was super clean and had everything we needed. Patrick was so accommodating and helpful, giving us very quick responses. The best part was the stunning view and access to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here. We had an awesome time and can't wait to come back!

Short Stay March 2024

My husband and I stayed at Patrick’s condo for 3 nights in March. Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. It turned out we were at the property during spring break which could have been a problem but it was not. Lots of kids but they were polite, respectful and entertaining. Everyone at the complex was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo is small but very efficient and lovely. Although none of the units have their own balconies there are many outdoor places to sit and relax with a great view of the beautiful beach and gulf. Thank you Patrick!

Good choice

Location is great. Beach access is great. I have stayed at this location twice, but this unit was the first time. Pros: Great location. Beach access. Updated condo. Ease of access. Beach chairs in condo. (did not use, did not want to bring sand into condo). Deep pool. Cons: No toilet paper. No trash bags for condo. Hair on floor upon entry of condo (not sure who cleans the condo but they need someone else doing it.) Kitchen sink to large for unit. Overall the condo is a good choice, would be 5 star if the issues listed were addressed. My stay was for 7 nights.
