Master bedroom has a brand new King size bed with an adjustable mattress, a large walk in closet & a private bathroom with shower and dual sinks.


2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, armoire with drawers, TV with cable, ceiling fan, and a closet.

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, TV with cable, ceiling fan and a closet.


All rooms have ceiling fans.

Havasu Winter Retreat

Comfortable house in a quiet area of town. Very close to a local grocery store. Low traffice area of town. Nicely furnished and clean. Lots of pots pans and utensils. Owners are very responsive to problems or questions extremly easy to work with. Spent 3 1/2 months and did not regret it. Have recommended it to friends.

Nice 3 bedroom house with master bedroom with bath on one side and 2 bedrooms and bath on the other. I never met the owners but they seemed nice and quickly responded to any issue. House was well equipped with supplies. Had plenty of outdoor equipment; chairs, tables, grill, smoker, fire pit, etc. Only complaint was the driving in Lake Havisau City. Recommended and would stay again.

Wonderful home! It has everything we need and more! Very clean and comfortable! The owners are great to work with and always respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Excellent location...close to SARA Park, grocery store and more! No bad days in Lake Havasu City!! :-)
