Paige is a Palm Beach County Native and Singer Island Local. Paige is a licensed Florida Realtor since 2002, holds a Summa Cum Laude BA in Management from Northwood University, and is the founder and director of the Singer Island Surf Camp est. in 1998.

Why Paige Parker chose Riviera Beach
Our story. I purchased this home in 1995 at the age of 25. At the time, myself and several friends were working 2 and 3 jobs, going to college and all renting small expensive apartments in the same 4-plex here on the island. As we were facing yet another rent hike we decided to look for a home to rent. We practically all lived together anyway and as locals and surfers we had to stay on the island! After looking at rentals and adding up first, last and security it made more sense to buy. Luckily I had enough money saved for the down payment and my mother agreed to co-sign. Over the years we experienced so much as friends and roommates; holidays, birthdays college graduations, relationships and heart aches. Eventually all the roomies moved on and started careers and families and I was left in this big beautiful beach house by myself. I continued to share the house with friends and family and enjoyed taking the neighborhood kids surfing. This led to the creation of The Singer Island Surf Camp, a water sports and surfing summer camp for kids. We used the house as our base camp and for sleepover camps for the first few years until the demand outgrew the house. We started with 10 kids per week at the house and grew to up to 50 kids per week at our commercial work-live facility. It was at this point I achieved my real estate license, moved into the commercial facility, and years before there was a VRBO or Air B&B, turned the house into a vacation rental. It is a lot of work, but I truly enjoy being a vacation rental owner. The flexibility allows me to host my friends and family, both near and far, for vacations and special occasions. I also enjoy so much sharing the house with other families, special groups and travelers. As a native, I enjoy sharing our beautiful beaches, our beautiful weather, and all the wonderful activities Singer Island and Palm Beach County has to offer!
What makes this house unique
This home is unique in many ways. First of all, as you can see from our background story, we take great pride in our home and our beaches. We are hands on private owners. This is our only rental property. We are not a part of a property manager group or an owner who has bought several properties with the only intention to enter the vacation rental market, so our home and our guests receive our full and personal attention. Another unique aspect of our home is our beach access. There are no homes directly on the beach on Singer Island so this home is about as close as you can get in a private, single family pool home. Our beach path is directly across the street and is paved making our beach wagons and cooler on wheels a breeze to get to the beach. Although our path is public, there is no public parking near our path so our beach remains very private as compared to the public beach, and our path is used primarily just by our neighborhood. We also include our beach membership with your rental which provides you access to beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach and access to the nearby restaurant and tiki bar. This home is also unique in its proximity to all Singer Island has to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops, convenience store, grocer, gym, tennis courts, playground, nail salon and hair salon are all a short 3 blocks away. Also on the island is a gas station, package store, marina, boat launch, spa, Ocean Reef County Park, John D. MacAurthur State Park, Peanut Island, and Phil Foster Park.
