Two houses from the beach, sparkling clean and fully equipped!
This newly renovated home is just a few minutes' walk to Singer Island's beautiful uncrowded beach. Centrally located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, snorkeling, and of course the beach. This house has everything you will need to feel like you are staying at your own beach home, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, ESPN-Plus, and Disney plus. Tv's in all bedrooms. Pets welcome!

We have enhanced our cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the CDC. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, and more.) before you check in.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Wake up each morning of your stay and brew fresh coffee to take to the beach and watch the sunrise.
Come back and cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with spices, pots and pans and plenty of dinnerware. Enjoy at the large mahogany dining room table or out back in your private yard.
LIVING AREAS
Enjoy family game night and a drink after dinner in the spacious, screened-in Florida room with plenty of seating. Or sit back and relax in the living room which features a large leather sectional and New 75" TV with streaming capabilities. We have Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS / BEDROOMS and BATHS
Boasting three large bedrooms, this house can comfortably sleep 10 in total making it an ideal space for a larger family or group. (If you have a large family with a lot of kids, email me and I can offer some alternative sleeping choices. We have just added a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a single pull out bed in the second bedroom).
The master bedroom features a king bed, a large dresser, nightstand, a whole entire wall space of closets, a ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom.
A comfy Sleep Number queen bed is in the second bedroom, with plenty of storage space, and another en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity.
The third bedroom features a fun bunk bed arrangement with wide stairs (that double as storage) leading up to a twin bunk that's atop two full-size beds.
Leaving for the beach? We provide beach equipment including a cooler, beach chairs, beach floats, boogie boards and new beach towels. Also lots of sand toys for the kids.
Coming Back from the beach? Our newest addition is a beautiful outdoor shower with wooden deck- you won't want to shower indoors again!
Guest Amenities:
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, extra beach towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Gas grill
Each bedroom is outfitted with large, brand new TVs with full streaming capabilities.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Singer Island, Florida, you are just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it the perfect family or couple beach getaway.
Grab a bite to eat or a drink a few blocks away at Johnny Longboats, go snorkeling under the Blue Heron Bridge, or walk to the beach, just 500 steps from your beach getaway house.
Also within several miles of world-class golf courses, peanut island, several great surf spots, state parks, shopping and dining.
Getting Around:
Beach Access is across Ocean Ave. No need to drive. Ocean Reef Park and multiple restaurants also within a five-minute walk as well. If you are flying in from out of town, this beach getaway is located 13 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) Or an hour drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
Driveway Parking available that easily fits four vehicles.

We have lived on Singer Island for 20 years and love it! When this beautiful house came available for purchase we knew we wanted to buy it and turn it into the ultimate beach house where family and friends could come and make wonderful memories. We love to travel and have been to beaches all over the world, I would put our beaches on Singer Island up against any of them, our waters are sparkling clear, the wide sandy beaches are uncrowded, world-class snorkeling and deep-sea fishing are just around the corner. We also enjoy eating out and know all of the best local restaurants, no matter what you are in the mood for.. We really do live in paradise on Singer Island. If you have already been to the island, you know what I am talking about. If you haven't, you are going to love it!

Time is precious, when you are on vacation you want everything to be perfect. That is where we come in. When you walk through the door, you will feel like you have just arrived at your private beach home. Singer Island is a short 15-20 minute drive from the Palm Beach International airport. That means you can be on the beach within an hour after your plane lands. We are less than 500 steps from the beach. We have a huge family and know what is important when you are away from home.
