Fun holiday with a group
Great location. A quiet neighbourhood away from the busy downtown but close to city rental bikes and good restaurants. Spacious accommodation with 3 lovely bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville!
Perfect for our Girls’ Weekend!
This property was fun, clean, modern and convenient! It is a great use of space. All 11 of us were comfortable. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to messages. Great location. We walked to Monell’s for brunch! We will definitely stay here again!
This home is very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It would be hard to find a spot closer to Broadway that was still in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Check in and out were seamless. Just make sure you read the directions to figure out the trash.
Great house. In an up and coming neighborhood that has some cool bars and close to downtown. Very spacious. Would gladly stay again.
This place was perfect for a get together for a group. Would definitely stay here again.
Group Stay in Nashville During May 2017
I went with a group of 8 to Nashville and stayed at Robert and Rachael's house. Before the stay, they provided us with recommended itinerary and places to check out in the neighborhood.
The house was amazing. So clean, a ton of space, and what looked like all new appliances. We had a couple other friends over and it never felt crowded. The third floor balcony has a great view and was a good spot to hang out with a small group. The first floor kitchen and living area were also very sizable with a nice couch and TV.
The house was also a short cab ride (7 or so minutes) to the downtown area and within walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes in Germantown.
The first night the air conditioning didn't work, but we called Robert and he was over the next day to fix it up for us. He even left a card and bottle for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying here as the distance to downtown was not a hinderance, the house was better in person than in the photos, and Robert and Rachael were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating in every way possible.
