One of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. It was very comfortable and well decorated and supplied. The location was great. John was very easy to work with and answered all of our messages promptly. Highly recommend this house.

Very clean. Perfect location-close enough to everything but still quiet, tucked away. Easy to get to anything you want to do or see in downtown Nashville. Cute local shops/bars.

Beautiful home and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Excellent communication from the host and property was exactly as described. My daughter was not feeling well the morning of our checkout and I messaged our host and asked if we could check out a little later. He responded immediately and gave us extra time which we really appreciated. Thank you so much for everything!!

I would definitely recommend this house while visiting Nashville! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had many deer visit the yard while we were there. The house was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen was equipped with most items you would need. John, the host, was an absolute pleasure to work with as well.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It's situated in a wooded area which makes it feel very peaceful and private. The home is decorated tastefully, and all of the furniture is cozy -- perfect for lounging with family/friends.We enjoyed our evenings sitting on the back porch -- admiring the beautiful trees and all of the little forest creatures.Having traveled down to escape a city vibe, this place felt like a little slice of paradise. I would definitely stay here again!!

We often stay in Nashville at different homes and this has been the best so far! It literally has everything you could possibly need and is close to all the attractions to visit.
