About David Catalino
Grew up in New York State. Attended University of San Diego School of Law, fell in love with San Diego and have been here 35 years. This beach house started as a family venture with my mother and sister and we still take care of all details ourselves.
Why David Catalino chose Mission Beach
The property faces south and gets sun on the patio all day long. Sunsets are visable all year long from the beach as the sun sets to the west over the water. This beach in South Mission (Lifeguard Tower 10) is the longest and widest beach area in San Diego (South Mission Beach stretching north to Pacific Beach). There is surfing, body surfing, volleyball courts and room for any beach game you want to play. You can also find an area of sand all for yourself.
What makes this Townhome unique
Large patio to grill and enjoy the sun and your family. Mainly families with young children stay in this area of South Mission Beach which is quiet, but the action of Belmont Park and the roller coaster are only a short walk away. Other Attractions: Seaworld San Diego Zoo Balboa Park Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum Seaport Village Gaslamp Quarter Torrey Pines Golf Course Old Town San Diego Village of La Jolla Coronado Island Petco Park where the SD Padres play April to September
