"Poolside Paradise"- 2 Br in Cassine Garden

This unit on the rental market and fully furnished , equipped kitchen, overlooks the pool, and easy walk to the beach .
New paint ,new vynal plan flooring, with accommodations, you will
certainly find a comfortable place to relax and enjoy Seagrove. The
family room/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor and the 2
bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom, located on the front, has
a private balcony, TV/DVD/, King Size bed, walk in closet and
armoire. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the pool, also has a private
balcony, TV/DVD, 2 twin beds and walk in closet.

Downstairs, their is a flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with a queen
pull out couch. The patio overlooks the lush pool area and green
space between. It is a very quiet and relaxing location in the
complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, dishwasher,
fridge and range. Stainless steel accessories, all china and
utensils, and a full pantry area will make your stay more like home.

The Cassine Garden community is directly across the street from the
gulf on 30-A in the heart of Seagrove. There are 2 pools, tennis
courts, basketball, a pond, walking trails and it adjoins the Point
Washington State Forest. The walk to the beach is less than 5
minutes but the peace and quiet of Cassine make it an ideal choice
for a beach & nature lover's vacation.

Very nice for a visit to Florida!

Just what we needed

Condo was clean and had everything we needed to be home away from home. Could use some refacing on cabinets but I wasn’t there for the cabinets. The owners were great host. Great place to stay.

Took Four Days to Fix Safety Issues

CR 30A is a bustling place with a high turnover of vacationers. No doubt, this constant transition takes its toll on properties. However, the safety of our children, families, and property should never be compromised. We arrived to find dangling smoke detectors, exposed electrical wiring in the shower, and later discovering that the balcony doors to both bedrooms had broken locks leaving our family and property unsecured. Communicating with the owner was time-consuming. Fixing the doors involved interfacing with a VRBO representative. If you do rent this unit, I would suggest the following: 1. Expect sloppy housekeeping and maintenance. 2. Do a walk-thru of the entire unit and photograph/video any issues to minimize any potential blame being projected onto yourself. 3. Contact the owner immediately and insist all safety issues are resolved quickly so that you can get on with your precious vacation. The owner may attempt to minimize safety issues but hold fast and insist that safety issues are addressed and fixed. 4. Communicate through the VRBO platform and document phone/text conversations on the VRBO site as well. 5. Check the balcony doors. They are tricky and could appear locked from the inside. Have someone stand on the balcony and try to ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged. Best of luck, enjoy CR 30A, and if you choose this unit, I hope that the outcome of your stay is very positive, warm, and wonderful.

All Issues were resolved promptly and courtesly Most same day as reported The maid said the smoke detectors were in place before this guest arrived The smoke detectors are hard wired the batteries are only a back up when power failure occurs Thank you Bob

Good value, but know what you're getting

We had a great time, but I want people to know what they're getting, because we really didn't. The good: Mr. Bob tries very hard to be communicative and give the information you need. However, he prefers calling (he called me about 8 times, even when I just had a quick question) - he seems to not be a fan of VRBO messaging or texting and his responses via message were very delayed. Not a big deal, but just know that he will expect to talk to you on the phone. The condo: The pictures are fuzzy and do NOT accurately reflect the condition of the condo. It's old. Like, very old, very dated, not clean. The sofa in the pic is NOT the sofa in the living room - we had to put a blanket over the sofa because we wouldn't have sat on it. Smoke detector hanging from wall, garbage disposal doesn't work so food backed up (Mr. Bob said he would fix but this wasn't great). Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen were peeling paint off the doors. Master bed is horribly uncomfortable -try taking the pad off and that helps a little. Blinds in both upstairs bedroom are broken and don't close all the way so be aware of flashing your neighbors. One VERY TINY bathroom upstairs that is very dated as well and water pressure in tub will scald you. Having said all this, again, Mr. Bob was super nice, there were beach chairs available in the shed (though we had to ask about that because we were about to buy chairs). For the price, you get what you pay for and of course the location in Seagrove and near Seaside is great....just be aware that this is an older unit, with old, dingy furniture, and besides the new vinyl floor has not been updated in quite some time.

Great Host

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had an issue with the a/c so I contacted Bob; he made a call and had it repaired immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Great secret in Seagrove/Santa Rosa

Bob was a very good host and we had a great stay. The location provides a short 10 min walk to the beach. The furniture needs updating, but still good for 6 people.

Great stay at last minute

Bob is a great host...no hassle, no lengthy expectations, customer friendly. He has a great place right in the nerve center of 30 A, but in a quiet little enclave across the street from the beach. Lovely place.

My experience at pool side paradise

The property was very clean and safe. It is very close to the beach The property owners was very nice. What i recommend is to upgrade the furniture and definitely tv to flat screens. The furniture is outdated for the price you were charged per day. Over all i was very happy to spend my vacation on 30A

Clean and comfortable and conveniently located

The condo was clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. The pool is just outside the back door around the hedge. When we arrived and there was an issue with the air conditioner, the owner was very quick to find someone to fix the problem that very evening. The walk to the beach wasn't too far with a wagon to carry all of our gear, and the sand and water were beautiful! The condo was a very short drive to Seaside with yummy food vendors and a nice place to walk around. Thank you for a quiet place to stay for a fun vacation!

GREAT stay!

Me and a few of my friends stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and were very pleased with this condo! Great location just a short walk from the beach. One of the balconies has a beautiful view of the pool and there is also a tennis court close by. The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos with a few extra upgrades on the living room/dining room furniture. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and easily reachable via phone call. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area!!
