We couldn’t have asked for a better stay after a bad experience at our previously booked place. The host was responsive, accommodating and the house was absolutely perfect. Will absolutely be booking again next year!

We are truly sorry to hear your family experienced a medical emergency during your trip and sincerely hope everyone has recovered well. We do want to provide accurate context for future guests. We had absolutely no knowledge of any water issue in the garage during this stay. At no point did this guest contact us during their stay to report any concern. Our cleaning team discovered the garage issue after checkout and it was repaired immediately upon discovery. Had we been notified at any point during the stay, we would have responded right away as we do with every guest. We are unable to address issues we are not made aware of, and we always encourage guests to reach out to us any time so we can take care of them promptly. We also want to be transparent that this review was submitted following a post-stay refund request. We believe future guests deserve to know the full picture. The Rooftop on 30A is a beautifully maintained property and we are proud of the care we put into every stay. We hope our many other reviews reflect the experience guests can expect when they visit. Thanks!
