I’m a semi-retired educator and I visit the condo as often as possible. I truly enjoy the area and proximity to Fifth Ave. and the beach.
Why they chose this property
Chatham Square is a very friendly neighborhood. Building C has many fine owners. There is a weekly friendship pot luck at the pool. There are many activities waiting for you to join in on the fun!
What makes this property unique
The unit is very comfortable and has all the comforts of home. It’s nice to sit on the lanai or the couch and watch golfers in the morning and throughout the day. The lake is very calming and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful!
