Lovely Three Month Stay

My husband and I just returned from a three month stay in beautiful Falling Waters. The complex is very well maintained with fountains and walking paths throughout. The lazy river is the "social" pool and there is a smaller lap pool as well. Both are within walking distance from the condo. It is a very social complex with many events planned each month. My husband enjoyed the golf and pickelball. The residents are very welcoming and the immediate neighbours are terrific! The condo itself is very well decorated. The kitchen has the basic items you would need. We spend a great deal of time sitting on the lanai listening to the fountains. The complex is within walking distance of Publix and 15 minutes from downtown Naples where there are lovely restaurants. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

South of Naples Fl- 2 BR

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this lovely 2 Br Condo. The unit was spacious, cool and clean and overlooked the water. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances worked fine. The property had tennis courts , shuffleboard and lawn bowling, 2 pools, one especially suited for children, gym and exercise room. There were several activities such as golf outings, cribbage, exercise classes, poolside BBQs, communal bring-your-own dinner parties, etc. The Resort is close to several shopping malls including a WalMart and an Outlet Mall, as well as major roads such as I 75, HWY#41 and Collier Blvd. It is close to Marco Island but it is several miles from Naples itself, and from Barefoot Beach . The Board must vet considerable personal information from tenants, and in our case, this approval process necessitated our rescheduling our flight by one week. Our Landlord generously reimbursed us for the costs of rebooking our flights.

Can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely 2nd floor condo in December, 2013 and January, 2014. It was awesome! It is an excellent location that was within 10 - 15 minutes of Old Naples and Marco Island which are two of our favorite areas! We loved the beaches on Marco Island and Naples. The Pier in Naples was a great place to visit. The stores in Old Naples remind us of Rodeo Drive. We attended a Christmas play at the theater in Naples which was excellent. Also, if you're there in December, be sure and visit First Baptist Church of Naples. We thoroughly enjoyed their Living Christmas Tree Production. Our favorite restaurants we discovered are Michelbob's (GREAT Ribs!), Snooks & Pelican Bend for great sea food! There are LOTS of restaurants and stores of every kind within minutes. Yet with everything very close by, the condo development is very secluded and private. You would never know these things are so very near. Falling Waters is beautifully landscaped and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The complex has two beautiful pools. The lazy river pool was beautiful and great for lounging, walking/exercising or just reclining beside. The other pool was a little smaller, but deeper. There were tennis courts available and a shuffleboard area. It is a great place to take a walk or bike ride (the owners have a bike available). The condo was equipped with lovely, look-like-new furnishings, flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. We loved having a washer and dryer, DVD player, cable TV, and the beautifully screened in lanai where we could relax and hear the waterfall just outside our porch. The condo was very well maintained and clean. We checked other rental prices, and felt this condo was a real value at the asking rental price compared to others in the area. The owners were very helpful with all our questions and after our stay, asked for our feedback of anything that they could add that might have made our stay even more enjoyable. We really couldn't think of anything to add. It quickly felt like our home away from home because of all the lovely amenities. We will definitely stay here again. We loved everything about our experience! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Our stay at Falling Waters was very enjoyable. The best part was that the owners were beyond excellent to deal with.. Everything was as described, the photos were accurate and the place was spotless. I would definitely recommend this property to others. The lazy river was a definite bonus. Shops for groceries close by and a very good dining spot, Carrabbas in the same plaza. A very positive and wonderful experience, meeting new people and having very friendly neighbours.

Great location, Great Neighbors, Comfortable and Peaceful!!!

I could hardly ask for a better place to have vacationed! Exactly what the doctor ordered!! The condo was like a brand new home, super warm colors and comfortable furniture, big living room, new carpet, big kitchen, super large screened in porch, etc. I loved every morning just opening up the large sliding glass doors in the back and listening to the fountain as I sat and read a good book and drank my coffee. The whole house was bright with sunshine and quiet and peaceful with nothing but the sound of the fountain and an occasional bird singing. I also found the neighbors to be super kind and friendly, and the pool area was beautiful and the people friendly as well. What a great vacation. I'd do it again in a heart beat!
