Located directly on a private beach, Ariel is a custom-built, family-owned home in Terramar Beach in the lovely West End of Galveston. This house will give you and your family all that you need to get away from it all or to at least have a beautiful resting place after a day out on the sea wall and historic downtown Galveston. kitchen remodeled December 2024 with new cabinets and appliances. Directly decorated by the owners, your family and guests will enjoy tranquil themes and ocean views from both inside and outside the house. Covered deck on the 1st., with an unblocked view of the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Sleeping up to 15, this house was made for family vacations and entertaining. It has two master bedrooms with king size beds in each of them, making it perfect for group vacations; 2 full bathrooms, a half bathroom completely detached for convenient use by guests in the living room kitchen area, and two private decks boasting of beach views. This is all on top of having views of the ocean from top to bottom of the house.

Since you'll be able to step directly onto the beach and set up your things, the house also has an outdoor shower to easily wash away the sand as you enter in and out of the house. The kitchen and main shared area has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a total maritime atmosphere that will welcome you at the kitchen while watching the beach.

In the living room make wonderful memories both day and night. After a wonderful day in the sun, take a seat at the couch and enjoy your favorite movie with a 55" Flat Screen TV or enjoy a board game at our large, wooden kitchen table perfect for conversing and dining around.

Parking available for up to seven vehicles on a private driveway but of course you can park more in front on the private feeder road into the house.

If you ever want to leave the private beach for some sight seeing and tourist activities, you're around 20 minutes driving distance from Galveston's famous Pleasure Pier, Seawall, and Historic Strand. Our family personally loves The Spot for food and the Strand for beautiful sight seeing of antique shops, ice cream vendors, and candy shops! Post Office street also boasts a number of coffee shops and art galleries with works of art on sale. There is also a beautiful, boutique tea and coffee shop called Sugar Bean located only 20 minutes away driving.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with incredible views and easy access to the water. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners were also super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach vacation

We had a great time staying at this property with our young children and their grandparents. The house is clean and well maintained with plenty of room for our group. This stretch of beach is quiet and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent beach front house

Great location and area with a semi private beach that you can walk directly onto from the house. Only visited with my family of 3 so was huge for us but we enjoyed it. The patio has great views and very relaxing. Owner/Prop Mgr is very good at communication. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Ariel Beach House. It is perfect for our family. Beach is steps away. The manager, Pablo, is very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions.

Even Better Than the Photos!Our family has been renting beach houses in Galveston since the 1990s, and this one might just be our all-time favorite! The home exceeded our expectations—it was beautifully updated, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. With six adults, two teens, and two small kids, we had more than enough room to relax and enjoy ourselves.The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with no street to cross, just steps from the sand. The covered porch and direct beach access were absolute must-haves for us, and this property delivered on both. The beach was clean, the views were stunning, and the entire stay felt peaceful and private.The property manager was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and truly committed to making our stay great.We’re already looking forward to booking our next trip. Perfect getaway!

We spent our holiday here with family and everything was great! The house is everything we hoped for, with a perfect view, easy beach access, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of room. Loved the open layout and large kitchen table, family could all eat together. I had a couple questions before the trip and response was very quick. We will definitely be returning.

The house is very nice and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for 8 adults, 1 young adult, 3 teens, and 1 preteen. Deck is perfect with plenty of seating and oceanfront view. We would definitely stay here again. Pablo was very attentive to our comfort and enjoyment.

The house was absolutely perfect. I have been renting houses for the past 6 years and this house was excellent. If I could give it 10 stars I would Cant say enough good things about this house. My family had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking again for summer 2025. Location is perfect. So close to the beach. Pablo is great to deal with. Always answers quickly.

Perfect family retreat

Large and cozy house, perfectly located. Great dinner table to have everybody eat together in front of stunning view. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen équipement. For such a large number of people this house can welcome, you have limited options. Also not entirely clean kitchenware and bbq.

Like having a private beach!

We had a family gathering here and had a wonderful time. House is setup for ease of use for multiple families and adults and kids. 2 den areas and great view from the 2 decks. It was literally less than 100 ft to the beach. Pablo was always available at a moments notice for any question. Best recommendation is that "we will be back"!

Annual Labor Day Vacay

The location was great. The property was right on the beach. The mosquitoes were absolutely put of control. We spent literally $100 of mosquitoes sprays in order to be able to walk to the beach and use the grill. The house is in desperate need of a makeover!! There was rust everywhere.

This is a beach front beach house!

Proerty is as advertised, PERFECT! Very clean, functional and has everything you need and more! Location is on the beach, we walked straight onto it and set up our stuff and left it there all day. We came back and forth to house to eat and rest. Took our stuff down at night and repeated the next several days. Too easy! Been coming to Galveston for 15 years. Best vacation rental, hands down!

Great Beach Access & Location

Fantastic beach access and the beach was nicely isolated. We were rarely within a 100 feet of others and the public beach access points are a decent distance away. The beds were comfy, everything worked as advertised and maybe we just got lucky, but the kitchen was better stocked than expected. The only complaint is that the kitchen table was too big for the space and it was very difficult to get more than 4 people around it because there just wasn’t room.

Generally a Good Experience

We had a good time and the property was nice. It was a 5 star experience, but we gave it a 4 overall because the rental agreement was written totally for the property owner with no recourse or remedy such as refunds or finding other lodging for the renter for any problems that would make the facility unacceptable to stay in, such as extended air conditioning outage (a major downer for a Gulf Coast summer climate), extended refrigerator outage, or other situations.

Peaceful Oceanfront Home!

Felt like we had our own private beach for most of the week! Beautiful views from the decks. Family and friends had a great time. House was clean, check in was easy, and Pablo’s communication was excellent the whole way through. If I had one critique about the house itself, it would be that the kitchen was missing some key items…measuring cups, baking sheets, storage containers and that sort of thing. If you do a lot of cooking like our family does, you may want to bring some of your favorite cooking utensils and cookware. Otherwise, 5 stars!

My name is Pablo Arias. My family have been coming to Galveston since we purchased our first family vacation home here in nearly 30 years ago. We have cherished this Island as a place for our family vacations for decades, and given the amount of time we have spent on the island we became Islanders ourselves, moving here officially from Houston several years ago.

Our mission is simple: We want you to love Galveston's West End as much as we do as a place for family vacations and getaways. We have been in the property rentals and management business for decades now and ensure every one of our customers gets personalized attention as needed.

While some houses have views, and others have the space, this house has both. The West End is home to some of the most beautiful sunsets on the Island and with windows on every floor and beachfront views, you'll get front row seats.

I live minutes away from all the properties and therefore for any emergencies or issues, you can count on getting help. We are not some property management company with contractors, we are a family who directly manage these properties and know the island well.
