This Cape Coral, Florida Gulf access waterfront home has a large great room with cathedral ceilings, new furnishings in 2021, large smart TV and easy access to local amenities. Triple sliding glass doors open out to the heated pool and screened lanai. Your view of intersecting canals and swaying grand palm trees complete this peaceful setting.

The rear exposure provides for the warm Florida sun on the over sized pool and sunning areas while keeping the dining area shaded for relaxing entertaining. Cook on your gas grill and dine alfresco. Enjoy fishing from the dock and evening happy hour in the sitting area.

Your Owner suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, television, a private bath with soaking tub, shower and double sinks. Sliders open the room to plenty of light and the pool area. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds complete the sleeping accommodations. Another large full bath is situated between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart TV's via ROKU and all TV's have You Tube TV subscription for your use.

Nicely landscaped and private, this home is located on a quiet back neighborhood street in SW Cape Coral.

Quick family getaway

While visiting our daughter and her family in Miami, we booked a long weekend in Cape Coral. The house was as advertised and very clean. The pool was perfect and everything was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Home Away From Home!

The house was very comfortable, fully equipped and has all you could ask for. The view of the canal is beautiful and the house is very spacious and comfortable. It is not far from the yacht club and the beach. Also has a very comfortable lanai with a hot tub for those evenings you want to spend at home just relaxing. Looking forward to spending many more winters there.

Yearly vacation

Every year, my family and I vacation in Florida, renting a villa or home to accommodation our family. This house was a perfect getaway, and just want we needed. The house is right on the water, has a beautiful pool and a great dock and view. We did a lot fishing off the dock and rented a boat during our stay. It was very relaxing coming "home" to the pool after being on the boat during the day. The interior of the home is just a welcoming as the outside. The house is clearly well taken care of which made us truly feel at home.

Fun Week Away!

Host was great to work with and answered all our questions! A few small issues did arise during our stay, which were handled promptly by the property manager. We really enjoyed our vacation! House was exactly as listed and even had an upgraded flat screen TV in the main living room. The pool was much bigger than we thought, which is where we spent the majority of our time. Even the street the house was located on was nice and quiet! Everything you could need is within 10mins. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Helen

Pelican Bay Christmas Getaway

We loved this property! Nice big heated pool was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. My wife has few suggestions for Villa Serenity. All minor issues.Shower mats for slippery showers and a couple of baking dishes with lids for the kitchen. Trays to carry food out to the pool area. Cookies sheets could be replaced too. The bikes tires were all flat, but there was a pump available. One wouldn’t hold air and I replaced it.(Should have been checked before we arrived)We highly recommend this home!

We were very happy with our stay at Villa Serenity in Cape Coral Florida. We found the location close to all the activities that we normally attend while staying in Cape Coral. We have been to Cape Coral for the past three years and we found Villa Serenity provided the best value along with an excellent maintained property. The property is located in a quiet community . The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for cooking and entertaining We enjoyed the pool area which was well situated so you could be in the sun or shade any time of the day. There is plenty of room for guests or a large family . Our check in and check out went smoothly and the property manager was very friendly and professional . We are very pleased that we will be returning in 2016

Great property.

Just two small issues: One, we knew the pool cage was missing. That's fine. We didn't know there was safety fence around the pool blocking access to the dock and the view of the canal. Two, there was dirty laundry behind the washer and dryer. No big deal, just unexpected. Overall, a great place. We would definitely go back there.

No lanai on pool

Property did not advertise that lanai was missing. I asked questions about hurricane damage before booking and received a response that it was damaged. I didn't realize the entire lanai was removed until the day before I arrived. Also, no shower soap or shampoo...I read the other reviews noting that fact after I arrived. It is true...bring your own bath supplies. For the price, one would think it would be included. All other kitchen & laundry items and supplies well-stocked.

Wonderful home!!

We have stayed in several homes in SW Cape so we are not new to the sw Cape Coral area. We absolutely loved all this home had to offer! Beautiful big living room with spectacular view of the canal with the floor to ceiling sliding pocket doors across the the length of the room. Big master bedroom and king bed which was very comfortable. Very large master bath. The guest rooms were very accommodating and all bedrooms have new carpeting. The pool was amazing and BIG!! Although we didn’t have the pool cage because of Hurricane Ion, that was no fault of the owner. We still spent everyday outside around the pool when not in it. Pool heater worked very well. We had no issues. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and offers plenty of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our months stay here and will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful home in a great location close to grocery stores and eating places. Thank you Helen for sharing your beautiful home with us!! Kevin and Cheri
