South Florida's Intercoastal Waterway

Attention Prospective Renters: A monthly minimum stay is required. No exceptions stated by the HOA management. It's imperative that I receive your booking at least 50 days in advance of any renter taking residence due to the condominium association application rules and criteria. Also, all rental periods must start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. No exceptions please. An application will need to be completed, as well as a rental lease. Please be sure to sign the rental lease.


Enjoy this fully furnished 5th floor condo located on South
Florida's Intercoastal Waterway. Sit back and relax at the pool and
enjoy the incredible yachts pass by. Everything you need is
conveniently located within walking distance to avoid the traffic.
Publix Grocery, Walgreen's, Houston's & Foundry Restaurants, One-
Hour Martinizing cleaner's, and much more is within a two block
area. One parking space is provided. Located approximately 17
miles from the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. King-
size bed in master bedroom and queen-size bed in the other. No Smoking allowed in the unit, pool area, or balconies. All smoking is to take place on the street away from the building. Not Pets are allowed at anytime.

Great view!

Very clean, well kept, well appointed apartment but the view of the Intercoastal from the balcony makes the stay. Randy is a very attentive owner; checks regularly to make sure that everything is OK.

Intercoastal Gem

This property is in the perfect location for all that Pompano Beach has to offer! Walking distance to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants in the area. Most of the other tenants made us feel welcome and the facilities were top-notch! Randy and Mary Jane were very thoughtful and you couldn't ask for a better landlord. Graeme

Superbe condo. Très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture, tout ce fait a pieds ( plage, restos, épicerie, parcs…) Je vous le recommande fortement! Il n’y a pas de meilleur endroit pour passer ses vacances! Y aller… c’est l’adopter, vous ne regretterez pas votre choix je vous l’assure ;-)

We truly enjoyed staying at Randy’s condo! Very beautiful, clean and had all the comforts of home and more! Pool and views are spectacular! Location couldn’t be better! Property is pristine! This was a perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants. Great view of the inter-coastal from balcony. Swim in the pool and watch the yachts go by. Very clean...Randy was great and if I had a problem I could just call him! Will definitely be back.

Great location!

Great location and pretty quiet. Might be a bit more lively and crowded during a non-Covid year. Unit furniture needs replacement. Building complex is due for updates. All said we would return, location, location, location!

Fantastic apartment

We fully recommend this apartment. I rented it for my Dad during the Holidays and his time spent in there was great! He stayed for more than 2 months and the unit is great, clean and well appointed and supplied. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The location is beautiful - view of the inter-costal. Randy is a kind gentleman who showcased exceptional communication skills that made our stay very enjoyable. The location is fantastic, my dad would come back, and we highly recommend this stay to anyone considering the idea.

Month and a half stay

Our time spent in Randy’s place was great! Randy is a kind gentleman who showcased exceptional communication skills that made our stay very streamline. The location, parking, safety aspect of the property, it all felt very professional and definitely in order. I would come back, and I would recommend this stay to anyone considering the idea. Pompano Yacht & Beach Club

Loved it!! We stayed for a month and the unit is great, clean and well appointed and supplied. Beds and furniture a step above most rentals and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully lanscaped and maintained. The pool always bath-tub warm. The location is beautiful - view of the inter-costal, even a peak of the ocean. Could sit all day and watch boat parade. All the other tenants/owners in the building are friendly. We really enjoyed using the 3 gas grills on the common patio. Close to everything. Only problem was local street construction, but it should be finished soon and the new Publix will be right down the block. The owners are most accomodating and were always available to answer questions. Thank you for a great vacation.

Our condo unit has been a part of our family since 1977. Over the years, this property has proven to be an ideal location. As the City of Pompano Beach keeps updating the area, it has become an attractive place to stay & visit. The location of the property on the Intercoastal Waterway with nearby restaurants within walking distance provides ideal entertainment for couples who stay for a month or longer.

What makes this property unique

Everything that a couple needs is within walking distance. Publix Grocery store is two blocks east of the complex. Houston's & Foundry Restaurants are within a two minute walk from the complex entrance. With the upgrade of Atlantic Boulevard over the past five to ten years, the 3 block walk from the complex to the Pompano Beach Beach Boardwalk has been attracting visitors to the new Tiki Hut Restaurant (Lucky Fish) and rebuilt Pompano Beach Pier.
