Enjoyed Our Stay!

The unit was clean, well-equipped, and a short walk to the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to the Fort Lauderdale area!

Location, location, location

This little gem delivers both creature comforts and proximity to both intracoastal and ocean. There's a public beach park less than 10min walk with view of Pompano lighthouse and amenities including picnic tables (several under pavilion), grills, bathroom. Walks through surrounding neighborhood are easy and safe. Was a terrific place to call home for a week.

Peaceful stay near the Beach

This property is located in a nice quiet area. It is a one block walk to the beach and water taxi. The apartment is nice and quiet and has lots of chairs outside to relax. Near lots of grocery stores and shops. A great place to vacation!!

Second stay was just as wonderful as my first.

I rented this property in 2020 before the COVID pandemic. Returned to the same property in 2023 and was not disappointed. In fact there were additions most notably the placement of a putting green on the property. Lots of fun with that. The rental is a very short walk to the beach. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Off site owner of property is available 24/7 to assist you should any need occur. I will be back in 2024.

Awesome place

Very clean and just a few steps away from the beach. The owner is very responsive if/when an issue pops up. The unit was spacious and well kept. 10/10 highly recommend!

amazing property walkable to beach

it was a very nice semi detached property (something that I wanted as I hate being in a condo). Had access to bathroom, kitchen, backyard and huge common frontyard. walkable to beach and had parking space on in front. loved the stay

Nice clean place super close to the beach

Conveniently located less that l then block to the beach. The yard was nice, and the place had beach chairs for us to take to use at the beech. That was a very nice touch. Very clean and recently updated and decorated nicely.

Great location for a long stay

First time visit to Pompano Beach. This rental was a block from a public beach with daily kite surfers, pelicans and beach goers that get along. No loud music. Great for morning walk or a quiet beach read. No lifeguards if that is a consideration for you. Neighborhood is a mix of old and new Florida. It’s old Florida but the units have been renovated for comfort. I would return to this rental. All travelers in adjacent units were friendly and many of them have been renting their same unit year after year. 5 star experience and a gem

Good stay

I enjoyed my stay. The check-in process was simple. The rental property was clean and quiet, and it was only a 6 minute drive from the beach. I would definitely come back.

AWESOME PLACE

I live in the area and was doing work on my house which caused my family to need to move out for a week. His place work so good. Nice bed, couch, kitchen. The only issue I had was the dust pan was really small. I wanted to keep the place clean while staying there and when I found it, I giggled. All in all, if you are coming here on vacation, this is a great place. Really is right next to the beach, less than a block away. This is a place for you and your family to have a great experience.

Good service, great rental!

We are pleased with the good service we received with VRBO and are glad to recommend your company. The rental was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed it so much that we arranged with the owner to stay two extra days. The beach was only a short walk away so several mornings, as we watched the sun rise over the ocean, and we saw the clouds and the waves moving in the wind, we praised God for the beauty of His creation!

Convenient efficiency apartment near the beach

The place was clean & neat, one block from the beach/ocean, at a very reasonable rate. The only complaint I had was the toilet paper roll was almost used up, with no back up. Also, no kleenex or paper towels in the kitchen. Cleaning company needs to pay more attention to detail ! Otherwise, I would recommend it to friends and stay there again. Thanks Dan. What a great place. We had a wonderful stay. The owner gave us great suggestions on places to eat and visit. Had everything we needed. Clean, neat, and well decorated. definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
