Vacation home with fabulous lake view is in Rosedale Golf
and Country Club. This gated community is just north of Sarasota in
Bradenton, Florida.
This maintenance free house has all new furnishings. The master
bedroom suite (king size bed) has a walk-in closet, two sinks in the bathroom with
a tub and separate shower and 48 inch flat screen TV. The den has a pull-out queen sleeper, TV and
second bedroom has queen bed with TV. The living room has a 46 inch flat screen TV as well.
The house has wireless network with wireless printer.
This home is full turn-key furnished.
Looks like model home. There is a two car garage with additional
space garage for golf cart.
Inside you'll find ceramic tile flooring in the main areas; an open
eat-in kitchen with a sliding door to the side courtyard; a breakfast
bar, brand new modern appliances (including washer and dyer) and
raised panel cabinetry.
Relax in extended screen lanai over looking lake. House has security alarm system that can be armed either when you are home (no motion detectors) or when you are out. There is also an external electronic garage door opener for your convince.

The Gem

I give this property an A++ rating. The house is well furnished. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and dishes. The house was cheerfully decorated. It was just like home away from home. Outside, the grass, shrubs, and walkways were well maintained. The lake out back was an added treat. We saw several birds and turtles plus two Eagles. In respect to the owner, David was really good to communicate with. He left good instruction on the operation of appliances, WiFi, cable, etc. Additionally, he made himself available if we were to have any questions. In conclusion, we had a great experience staying at this property. I highly recommend it. Barry Bledsoe

Every thing we hoped for

The house was in great shape with all the amenities advertised. Washer, Dryer, Wireless service for my computer and printer provided, beautiful lani, kitchen with loads of appliances, TVs with HD service. Onsite golf course and many nearby courses, shopping and restaurants nearby. Sarasota has many museums and live theater. Great time.

Lovely Place in a Perfect Location

This house is located close to almost everything, like shopping, restaurants, Golf courses, Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, the Keys with St. Armands Circle, Beaches, etc. There is easy access to I75 leading you North to the Tampa and Orlando attractions and Airports. Heading South on I75 leads you to the Ft. Myers and Naples attractions and Airports. The house in absolutely perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It has everything you need and is clean and cosy in every matter. We enjoyed our stays (2) very much.

Great vacation guaranteed!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful house - perfectly appointed and well maintained - for one month in September 2013, Customer service was excellent, and the proposed help turned out to be very nice and efficient. We are trying to find a reciprocally suitable time slot to go back to it, and would certainly recommend it to friends. As golfers, we find Rosedale a good golf course and, i must add, in the one month we stayed, we have not been able to play all the golfs in the immediate vicinity! Definitely to be recommended.. .
