Nestled on beautifully landscaped grounds adjacent to the Abbey Resort & Spa, this inviting condo is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or a group of friends. Within walking distance, you'll find endless opportunities for fun and relaxation, including swimming, boating, lakeside strolls, and hiking. Just a short drive away, enjoy shopping, championship golf courses, charming antique stores, and all that Lake Geneva has to offer.

This stylish second-floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering all the comforts of home. The bright, open-concept floor plan includes a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The updated kitchen offers counter seating for four and includes everything you need, including a microwave and coffee maker. The living room features a large flat-screen television, while the dining table comfortably seats six guests.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for families, featuring two double beds with a twin bunk above one of the beds. A queen-size air mattress is also available in the closet for additional sleeping accommodations. For added convenience, the unit includes a private laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Step outside to the spacious terrace overlooking the beautifully maintained grounds and resort-style pool. Enjoy outdoor dining at the table for six or relax in the additional seating area while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Guests will love the brand-new next-generation resort pool, completed in May 2026. The pool features an expansive leisure ledge perfect for lounging and relaxing in the water. The surrounding pool deck includes a beautiful pavilion with shaded seating, tables, and chairs, along with convenient restroom facilities. Pool towels are provided in the unit. The beach is just a short walk away, and beach passes are included. Boat, pontoon, and jet ski rentals are available nearby at Gordy's, Chuck's, and several other locations around the lake.

Outstanding dining is just steps away, with local favorites including The Abbey, Chuck's, and Gordy's. Many of these venues also offer lively nightlife, live music, and waterfront entertainment.

Summer weekend at Lake Geneva

Perfec tlocation for walk to marina and restaurants. Pretty property, nice pool, and nice balcony for lounging. Our host Lou was very interested in making sure our stay was good and easy. Very nice.

Wedding Visit

There was an issue when we arrived where the condo had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. I called the landlord who responded immediately. The cleaning person was at the condo within minutes. The landlord was very apologetic and my ratings reflect that. He called multiple times to ensure that the issue had been resolved. The location was perfect for our need for the weekend and the rest of the stay was great.

Lived up to the 5 star rating. Great location. Close enough to the Abbey to enjoy the amenities of that resort but also nice to be able to retreat to the condo and away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Lou was extremely helpful before and after check in.

An easy stay :)

My husband and I and our three grade-school-aged kids come to the Geneva Lake area pretty much every summer. This was our first time staying in Fontana, as I wanted to be able to walk to coffee, parks, the beach, the lakeshore path, etc. The condo was very easy to stay in. Lou was very clear with explaining check-in. We had everything we could need in the condo. The TV was even easy to use (in some places I feel like you need a degree to figure out the technology!), and the check-out was the simplest I've ever seen. My kids LOVED the pool. I loved the beach passes. Beds were comfy. Lay-out was great. Everything was clean. We had a great, relaxing stay!

Great weekend getaway!

My family of four (husband, 2 y/o, and 4 month old baby) had a fabulous labor day weekend at Lou's condo. It was very clean and Lou was accessible all weekend. The condo has a great outdoor patio overlooking beautiful big trees and the pool. The pool was right out the door, and nearly empty all weekend which made for some good social distanced fun. Lou had beach passes, and the beach was only a short walk away. It was a great place to escape the city and enjoy a quiet and safe weekend. I didn't have any COVID or cleanliness concerns which has been our top priority in finding VRBOs.

Great condo in perfect location

Very nice, clean, and comfortable condo. Perfect setting in quiet area overlooking pool and green space. We loved the close walk to beaches, restaurants, boat rentals, coffee, ice cream, and shore path. Condo was well-appointed and our family (2 adults and 2 teens) had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the deck and grill.
