You will be minutes to everything; restaurants, unique shops, waterfront activities, ice cream shops, parks, playgrounds, and golf. Plenty of space for everyone with our open, spacious, living design. Relax and enjoy this beautiful city any season of the year. We love lake life here and think you will fall in love with it too!

The location was fantastic, one block off of Main street and all that Lake Geneva has to offer. Carol and Bill were great hosts and provided clear instructions leading up to and during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our family of five. The only call-outs were that the heat was not working in one of the bedrooms so we were unable to use it, and all three bedrooms have french doors with thin blinds that do not provide much separation/privacy from the main living room.

We stayed here for a golf trip and it was great being right downtown after golfing to grab dinner and drinks just steps out the front door!

The house and hosts are the best in town!! Such a great space for friends to gather and walking distance from almost everything! We absolutely loved our stay here!

Hi Mary, Thank you for the wonderful review. I did find a red beach towel and some freezer packs in the freezer. Please ask your friends if they want them back, if so I will hang on to them until someone comes up to Lake Geneva. If not I will dispose of them. Also I hope you were not offended by Bills message of "smokin hot". He felt bad after he sent it as I said it could be offensive. We both really appreciated your group, including the boys as friendly, fun and a great group of young people. Thank you for leaving the unit in such great condition. We would welcome you back again anytime. Please let me know about the towel and freezer packs. Thank you, Bill & Carol

Great location! The host was very accommodating and thorough. The place was beautiful. There was even beer and root beer in the fridge. The one complaint we had was the couch was too soft so hard to get up.

Great stay for family!

Great stay for family with small kids. Multiple rooms on one level which was great for our walking 14 month old. Great set up in kitchen, all things needed to cook at home along with walking distance to many restaurants, the public beach and downtown lake geneva. Would stay again!

Great stay!

We stayed at Carol & Bill's place for a girl's weekend, and the house was perfect! The location is great, and the house was very clean. Bill & Carol were incredibly welcoming and great hosts - I would highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Bill and Carol are the nicest people you could hope for. The cottage has a great open floor plan, perfect for being with family and was equipped with everything we could need. I grew up in the area but hadn’t been back in a long time. Bill and Carol were great at filling us in with the best places to eat and have a great time. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to the lake. We ended up taking advantage of a free night that they offer with weekend stays in the fall months. We hope to be back someday soon.

Perfect place for our girls weekend

Bill and Carol were very accommodating and friendly. The location is within walking distance to bars, beach ,shopping and a boat launch. I highly recommend this place!

Bill and Carol love living in Lake Geneva. Bill is a contractor and loves to create homes and commercial buildings for people to live or work in. He is gifted with an eye for design and then can create it for his customers. He remodeled our Nautical Cottage in 2020 and it is unique with open space and high end finishes. He has left some of the old trim and ceiling details of the past and created high ceilings and open floor plan in the kitchen and sitting area. The bathroom has a large beautiful shower with multiple sprayers that the customers love.
We love meeting new guests and making sure they have everything they need to have a memorable stay in Lake Geneva.
