¡TE ENCANTARÁ NUESTRA CASA!
Large Beach House dos hileras del océano, a menos de 200 pies de la playa con vistas al mar limitadas. ¡Siente la brisa del océano y escucha las olas desde la terraza! Ubicado en la comunidad privada y cerrada de Oceanside Village, que se encuentra en la frontera entre Garden City y Surfside Beach, Carolina del Sur.

Nuestro muelle hogar ubicado en un complejo privado, Oceanside Village, está a 7 millas al sur del Pabellón, el corazón de Myrtle Beach, y 3 millas al norte de Murrell's Inlet, donde se pueden encontrar los mejores mariscos. A solo unas millas del aeropuerto internacional de Myrtle Beach, a pocos pasos de la playa, a minutos de campos de golf, y justo al final de la calle de Pawleys Island, al sur, y Myrtle Beach, al norte. Nuestra casa incluye servicio de Internet de alta velocidad, lavadora y secadora, y lavaplatos.

También dentro de nuestra comunidad privada hay una piscina cubierta climatizada, dos piscinas al aire libre y un 'mini' parque acuático para los niños, que seguramente será un generador de memoria. ¡Hay una piscina de hidromasaje para 16 personas instalada por Hickory Grove Pool! Great location

The house was very nice and in the perfect location. We could see the ocean from the outside deck and take a very short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a bonus.

Great Location

This property is located super close to the beach access area. It was an easy walk or quick trip on the golf cart. It had everything we needed to have an awesome week.

Very nice place. Neat and beachy. Close to the beach which was nice. My only drawback was no bathtub- had a 9 month old and really not a good place to bathe him

Nice beach access

Great access to beach, perfect location to capture breeze and keep bugs away even on the hottest days. Community friendly, respectful of families and quiet. Wonderful amenities (open spaces, fishing, pools, hot tub, splash pad, basketball and tennis) nice mix of owner occupancy and travelers. Fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan and spacious outside area to spread out for a large group.

We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The beach house was great, the location was great and we loved the golf cart and easy access to the beach. The only thing we didnt realize was there was no grill at the property. We would definitely come again.

The property is very clean and cozy

My family enjoyed the beach house . The location of the house to the beach was perfect and having the private parking lot was a plus . If you have kids this is a perfect place to stay with the indoor and outdoor pool, small water park, basketball and tennis courts. The house is very cozy and clean and I loved the deck especially in the morning drinking my coffee. I highly recommend this house the owners were great we will be back again . Clean, comfortable house close to beach

Our family of 10 (me and my husband, plus our 8 kids ranging in age 20-2) found this place to be nearly perfect. The house itself was nicely decorated, kitchen was a good size for cooking meals, the location was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The only thing I would nitpick is the mattress in the smallest room (where my husband and I slept) was a little saggy, but it was tolerable. Kids loved the rides around the Oceanside community in the golf cart. When we got tired of the beach we really enjoyed the community's amenities. It was just far enough away from Myrtle Beach that I could pretend I was in OBX. I'm grateful we found this house and we would definitely stay here again.

Adorable beach house in excellent location!

My family enjoyed our week-long stay in your beach house! It is decorated in lively, fun colors with a very "beachy" vibe! The house's location is perfect - with a quick walk to the beach or a short golf cart ride to the pools. Very family friendly house and community. The only reason I give this house 4/5 stars is that the beds are pretty uncomfortable. An upgrade in mattresses throughout the house would go a long way! The rest of the house is very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). The kids enjoyed playing on the deck space. The outdoor shower is fabulous for getting sand off when returning from our mornings at the beach. When we return to Surfside Beach, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again! Thank you!!

Great Stay

Great spot for a family vacation. Oceanside is just minutes away from everything, and having the golf cart available made trips to the beach and the pool a breeze. The house appeared just as the pictures, even with newer living room furniture and additional seating on the deck. I had one question upon arrival and Jeff was very responsive. Loved the beachy feel, and the home fit our family’s needs well. Hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Beach Rental

Me and my family had a great time! The beach is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride over. It was very convenient to have a golf cart included with the home. We were there with a very large group who all rented their own homes and from the sound of it, this was one of the better/updated homes in the neighborhood/village. Everything has its place in the home and it was decorated in the cutest beach theme! There are outdoor cameras, which was understandable and also completely fine with my family. The owners are pretty concise about leaving their home just the way you found it, including a list of things to do before you leave. We also had no issue with that. I do wish I would have known prior to signing the agreement that no linens (bath towels, beach towel, sheets, pillow cases, etc...) are included in the home. If we would have flown, that would have been an issue. I didn't find out that I needed to pack those items until the week before we arrived. The only other issue that was a bit bothersome to me was a few hours after we left, I received a call from the owner asking if I had brought in a cat. Apparently, he had received pics from his cleaning lady of "clumps of cat hair" around the inside home. I do not even own a cat, nor did I bring ANY animal with us. There are cameras all over the outdoors, so it would be very easy to see that no animal was brought into the home. We also cleaned VERY well before we left. The neighbor has about 6 cats running around their home, but I was told this hair was found on the inside of the home. I was still in town and offered to go back to the home to see what the cleaning lady found, but the owner replied that everything was fine and there was no need. All in all we really liked the home and location. The owner was incredibly responsive and had no issue with any contact from me. Not sure I'll be back in Myrtle Beach anytime soon, but if I was, I would definitely consider this home again.

The beach house

Amazing location. We had the access to the private parking and the beach. Cafe right on the beach. Water super warm and we were able to keep the distance. Not crowded.

Booked through VRBO. Easy process. Mr. Groves was very nice. We love staying in this community. This is the 3rd year we have stayed and the second time at Mr. Groves property.

Vacay away

Our family enjoyed staying in Garden City for our vacation. The golf cart was a major bonus. The house was stocked with kitchen supplies which was really helpful. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them and were very friendly. There was sand in the floor when we arrived, but I’m sure getting up all of the sand is hard. We really cleaned when it was time for us to check out because we wanted to make sure we got our deposit money back, which I’m hoping we will receive soon. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
