License # 2017-BFN-0000889. Named the Rock House for the famed Red Rocks Amphitheater and for the many famous musicians who stay here frequently. Beautiful Bungalow completely remodeled with the vacation or executive rental in mind.

The Rock House sits perfectly between two of the best parks in Denver - Rocky Mountain Park and Berkeley Park. Jog, fish, walk, tennis, baseball, events, etc. All this within walking distance of the house.

Downtown is a short 10-minute ride to Lower Downtown which boasts Coors Field home of the Rockies, Pepsi Center home of the Avalanche and Nuggets, convention center, theater district, Union Station, and many spectacular resteraunts/pubs/shopping and more.

The Rock House is bordered by the Highlands neighborhood (32nd and Lowell) and the Tennyson neighborhood (44th and Tennyson) which are great neighborhoods with many restaurants, shops, and pubs if you want a more neighborhood vibe vs downtown.

There is also easy access to the I-70 expressway which is your gateway to all the best skiing in the Rocky Mountains - Loveland 55mins, Keystone 1hr, Breckenridge 1hr10mins, Vail 1hr30mins, and many more for you to choose from. Blackhawk Casinos are 1hr. All make for an easy day trip, so you can stay in Denver and not have to pay resort pricing. Easy commute up and back.

The Rock House has three bedrooms. The master has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a day bed that is easily converted to a king size bed. Both the master and the second bedroom have lots of closet space which includes shelf space, wooden hangers and yoga mats. The third bedroom is perfect for families that are traveling with kids or for parties that are traveling with 4 or more people.

Master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and main hall bathroom has a shower/tub with a large skylight above bringing in a ton of natural light. These are always stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

There is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 4 people and completely outfitted with all the cooking gear a chef would need. Gas range/oven. The door off the kitchen takes you out to the patio with another table that seats 4-6 for outside dining in the spring, summer, and fall. Dining area in living room with a table that seats 4-6 comfortably.

Hardwoods throughout the home. Contemporary art & furniture. Cable, internet/wifi, cd/am/fm/mp3 with BlueTooth. 2 outdoor patios for lounging, sunning, or reading. Front porch with chairs for lounging as well. Great fenced in back yard with mature and lush landscaping. Very private. Plenty of street parking in front of home.

4 blocks to Willis Case Golf Course which was recently remodeled and has amazing views of the mountains and beautiful grounds, one of Denver best public courses if not the best. It also has a new restaurant and bar club house with pro shop. 3 blocks away is a Pizza restaurant, convenient store, Liquor Store, The Noshery breakfast/lunch restaurant, Gold Spot Brewery, Regis University, and Rocky Top Tavern.

This house has a great feel with large rooms with high ceilings, some with skylights, hardwood floors through out, all new windows, new Central Air Conditioning, and a new 50" screen TV in the Living Room. The back room (3rd bedroom/flex) has TV as well so as to create a space for kids with a comfy day bed with tons of pillows. The entire house is filled with original pieces of art as well of a collection of Rock n Roll Art and concert posters, pieces brought back from Mexico and travels around the world. Kitchen is a fun spot with breakfast bar seating, butcher block counters, and an exterior door that accesses the patio for dining and grilling. Great for a group of friends or family. The feel/vibe of this house puts you at ease and relaxed. It is perfect for a Vacation Rental. Its location makes it perfect for someone visiting Denver and wanting to explore downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods such as Tennyson St and Highlands, and LoHi while at the same time giving them easy access to the mountains for all the activities they provide such as skiing, hiking, wine/food festivals, and of course concerts. Easy commute from the airport as well - straight shot and one exit and one turn and your here. Honestly, the best location in town and the hottest neighborhood if a local and even better for guests wanting to know where the locals hang out, shop, eat, and drink. Foodie paradise as well as a Beer connoisseur's dream with multiple breweries. Walking distance to everything - 2 of Denver's best parks, groceries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, Golf Course. The yard is very private with a 6 foot privacy fence and has huge trees canopied over the patios and most of the back yard making it very chill. Picnic table with benches and a dining table with chairs for outdoor meals. Great front porch for morning coffee or lazy summer afternoons. Multiple return guests who love the feel of the home while in residence. Come check it out, you will be glad you did.

Coolest neighborhood in Denver. Tennyson street commercial district between 38th and 46th. Tons of restaurants, pubs/bars, boutiques, summer farmers markets. Highlights - Hops & Beer for pizza and craft brews, El Chingon Mexican Bistro in a quaint bungalow on Tennyson, Block & Larder for upscale dining, Parisi Italian restaurant and deli, Atomic Cowboy pizza, The Royal for burgers, Okinawa for sushi, Swing Thai for Thai, Javier & C Diner for hangover breakfast, Local 46 - dive bar with great indoor outdoor areas directly across from Berkeley Lake Park, MHM Backpacks and gear, Proper Barber shop, Willis Case Golf Course, Gold Spot Brewing, The Noshery - baked goods, breakfast/lunch, Yareths take-out mexican, Cafe Brazil, and Rocky Mtn Lake Park.

Beautiful house, looks just like the pictures online.

My friends and I walked into a freshly cleaned home (as we were entering, the cleaning team was walking out the back door), and that helped set the tone for our trip. There was more than enough room for the four of us, and the fully stocked kitchen made it super easy to cook dinner/snacks during our visit.

We didn't rent a car this trip, but getting around with uber/lyft was very convienent. Some places to visit: Red Rocks (for those wanting to hike; they sometimes have concerts there as well), the Noshery for breakfast (it's around the corner from the house and the food is delicious), the ViewHouse (about a 15 minute drive from the house; the rooftop seating + a cold beer = a chill part of your day) and the Universal (the serve brunch and have a grits of the day special everyday. The wait can be a lot but it's totally worth it).

Thanks again for hosting us Kevin! We hope to return soon!

Great Cozy home close to Downtown

This was a beautiful home with a great yard! Very clean also. We ate breakfast outside everyday in the nicely kept yard. Thankfully the weather was perfect! We would definitely go back and stay here, everything we needed was easily accessible and basic necessities were provided at the house. Way better than a hotel for sure and more space!!!

This is a home you want to stay in if you're looking for a destination that is quiet, yet close enough to the city (15-20 minutes). Amenities were delivered as promised and the home was clean. The pictures are accurate and the owner communicates well with any situation.

This is an iconic venue where many great musicians have played and many of which have stayed in this house. Go see a show here or just hike around it. it's amazing!

Your welcome to smoke outside the home - please discard of cigarettes in an appropriate container and throw away in the outside garbage cans (do not empty butts in the inside trash cans). If there are more guests in residence then stated at time of booking an additional $50/per guest/per night will be added to the booking and taken from the deposit.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
