We loved the proximity to the beach. Access to the beach and ocean. The ease of just pulling down the kayaks or paddle boards. The upper deck and all the seating. The space inside worked great. The utensils and dishes and stuff like that in the kitchen was great. Beach accessories in the laundry room so convenient. Very clean. Cindy the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Only thing we’d wish was that the showers and toilets were updated.

Loved it!

We absolutely love everything about this place! The house is so awesome - clean, well maintained and has anything you might need. The beach and view are so beautiful and relaxing. The hostess, Cynthia, is the best. She goes over and above to make you feel welcome and treats you like a friend. We will definitely be going back!

Great location

Excellent location! The accuracy of the listing was not what I was expecting. From the photos, I thought we were renting the entire house. We only had the upstairs. No where on the listing does it say there will be guests downstairs. The amenities listed a hot tub. The upstairs does not have a hot tub, the hot tub on property is only for the downstairs guests. A window blind on the west side was being repaired. This allowed people to be able to see in our home at night, not ideal! The cleanliness: for the most part it was fine, but there was dried macaroni left under a table from previous guests as well as some hair that was not cleaned in the bathrooms.

We had everything needed to have a good time. Property was great and owner let us know that we could contact her about anything. Even though we had a few days of bad weather we enjoyed our stay at the beach house.

Beautiful private beach to watch the sunset.

Spacious, well-appointed home in a fantastic beachfront location. Owner was responsive and communicated throughout check-in and check-out. Would recommend to friends and family and may return next year.

Beautiful, comfortable home right on the Gulf

This beautiful, comfortable home was right on the Gulf with a private beach. We had all the conveniences to prepare meals, do a load of laundry, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our huge patio/deck area! The host was lovely and made sure that everything was perfect during our stay!

Great beach house

What an amazing place! We stayed here for the last few days of our vacation. We were out on the balcony and beach from breakfast to sunset. Great to be able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Barbecues as the sun set. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Well-equipped. Would happily return.

Location location location! Right on the beach. Beautiful private deck. Cute “beach decor”. Greatly equipped kitchen. I would recommend it without any hesitation. The owner is a great communicator. Super nice and responsive. Thanks.

Wonderful house and owner

We had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful house in Bonita Springs, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. Not only was the house well-appointed and in a great location, but the owner, Cindy, went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the very beginning, Cindy was extremely responsive and communicative, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. She was also very accommodating, making sure that the house was ready for our arrival and that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. But what really stood out to me was Cindy's generosity. She went out of her way to make sure that we had a fantastic time, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Throughout our stay, she checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves. As for the house itself, it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was tasteful and modern, and everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the warm Florida weather. Overall, we can't recommend this house and Cindy as a host enough. If you're looking for a fantastic vacation rental in Bonita Springs, this is definitely the place to stay!

Tranquil setting away from it all!

The property was fantastic. We had such a nice stay. We never went out to eat as we would just go pick up food and eat on the deck. We had the perfect ocean view! Cindy had the home fully stocked with amenities. We truly appreciated it and will be back!

Beach house friends trip

The beach house was amazing for our friends trip! The view and location was better than I imagined. Having coffee every morning on the big porch and watching for dolphins was how we started every day. Walking out straight out to the beach was a treat! Yes this is an older house surrounded by giant mansions, but this house maintains the character. The bathrooms have sime weird tile, but they’re clean. The kitchen was actually updated- which was a surprise from the pics. Cynthia was very responsive and has left you lots of fun toys to use. I actually got to paddle board along a group of manatees one morning. It’s a trip we will never forget!

The Yellow Dolphin Beach House!

We have stayed several other times and are always sad to leave. Both levels are fantastic spaces. The beach and surf fishing never disappoint. From the location to amenities it can't be beat. We cannot wait to book again soon. Thank you again to our host who also goes the extra mile to accommodate!

Great house for some time at the beach

We had a great time - the house was amazing - very clean and well equipped - huge living room and master bedroom but the best is the sundeck overlooking the beach. The location is great too - very close to restaurants, shopping and still away from it all. The beach is clean and private and we saw dolphins almost every day. Cynthia was very helpful in answering our questions and also letting us in to house earlier than planned. Perfect vacation spot and a place to relaxe and unwind!

Everything you could possibility want, or need, whether for water or just living is provided! From babies to the oldies! Order your groceries for delivery, and never this beautiful seaside beach house. Cynthia is a wonderful lady! She is available to you always, and is a true friend to all. We will all be back, but be prepared, this place gets BOOKED! Thank you so much!

Best beach house ever!

This house is so creatively decorated, you feel like you're at a tropical location as soon as you walk in the door. It is so roomy and the photos are very accurate. The kitchen is well-stocked and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and basket of mandarin oranges--what a nice touch! Cynthia was very gracious to let us check in early and responsive when we had some questions. The location on the beach was also perfect. The only slightly misleading thing was by the pictures I assumed there was beach access from the first floor--was not aware there was another unit on the first floor. The cement stairs leading from our unit were slippery when sandy and I think could be trecherous for a family with younger children . Also it would be useful to have an instruction sheet that explained how to use the TV remotes, the location of the bikes (which I did not see), and how to use the hottub. The one that was clean seemed to belong to the first floor and the other one was not usable. These are minor issues and I would return to use this fantastic property in a minute!
