The living area opens out to a 30 ft. deck with tables, chairs, and seating for a minimum of 12 people. This area was totally covered in the fall of 2019 with overhead lights and fans . Perfect for enjoying the lake view even on rainy days The deck is gated, beneficial for small children and pets. There is abundant outdoor space in front of the house and in front of the deck for children to play within sight of their parents, without worrying about disturbing the neighbors or falling in the water. There is parking for 5 cars The newest Estates pool is 4 doors down and was completed in2017. The resort has 5 restaurants, 4 bars, outdoor pools, pizza delivery, pool room, bowling alley, mini golf, game room, tennis courts, indoor water park and 2 golf courses. These are all open to the public. Pools are closed in winter but the water park and Oaks Golf course is open all year.
