One bedroom, one bath ground floor garage apartment, with full kitchen and large fenced patio area. Washer and dryer available. Can be rented in conjunction with The Treehouse, a two bedroom, two bath house on the main level. The two properties are located in a secluded area with views from decks and patios of mountains and trees. (Yes, it is located in Pomona, CA! and within minutes of Claremont Colleges and Cal Poly.)
