➢ Feel free to use the Grill but you need to bring your own charcoal and grill utensils.

➢ For weekly stays, we only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted

Detailed review: Great budget minimalist stay. Wouldn’t mind living here.

Pros: Everything was perfect, however think twice if you are not a minimalist. This place does not feel attached while it technically is (only shares a closed door with the main home). The space in fact feels very private not to mention very very clean as if I rented a fully furnished studio. Completely private check in and check out the family is very polite and mindful of privacy. Side note: I am a night owl and the owners of the property had no problem with that. General info: Private entry you only need to walk through the driveway and then along the side of the house where it’s in the back. You get everything in the room you could need specifically a private bathroom shower, bed, clothesshoe rack, nightstand with chargers, dining chairs and table, a desk, cabinet with cleaning supplies and extras, Roku tv, microwave, mini fridge and a vacuum. Cons: no stove no freezer, parking is on the street however the walk up to the space is elevated due to this being on a rolling hill so not easy for someone who cannot walk well. (It’s not far from the street had to be less than 50ft walk and parking is usually available and free).

It was a very cute area and was very clean. Check in process was also easy and fast. The spot is located on the top of the hill so you can see all the lights in the city!
