Ideal for 1 or 2 couples, kids, or longer term executive/business rental. The condo is designed for 4 persons, although I do have a comfortable, high quality double air mattress(inflates by built-in pump), which can be put in main room, if you have a 5th person.
There is AIR CONDITIONING in the main room & ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A free, secured parking spot is available if you're driving.
Condo was recently updated and modernized. New kitchen, flooring, and paint. Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen sized beds have recently been redone and painted. Both rooms are approximately the same size, with master bedroom boasting an en suite bathroom.

Just bring your suitcase and get settled. You can walk over and grab some food at the Coop grocery store or the natural/holistic grocer, both a 3-5 minute walk away.
Take a stroll down by the river downtown to explore Eau Claire market, or grab the C-train and head over to Stephen Ave for some shopping and good eats!

I bought it because it simply had the best layout of any of the condos I looked at with my Realtor. I've only lived in Calgary since 2012 and I bought in 2013. It's in a great location, close to all that you need.
What makes this Apartment unique
You won't find a better layout anywhere. A large kitchen, open to the family/TV room is what sold me. The place has been completely redone to make it modern, and take advantage of the great floor plan!

Great place close to downtown!
Very nice quiet place with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!
Stayed in Calgary for a couple of days on my way to Banff. This Condo is in a great location - not quite on the main strip but every easy walk (5-7 min) to 17th st (ave?) with restaurants/shopping/bars etc. 5-7 min walk to the train station and then an easy ride to the zoo! The Condo building felt secure although the neighborhood felt very safe anyway. Gated covered parking spot available. Bedrooms were a decent size with a very comfy bed. Packets of coffee and a bottle of wine were left for me -very thoughtful! Good WiFi and TV. Place was clean and modern. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and I got lucky and was able to drop my bags off early before check - in and then could go wander around. Downstairs is a delicious shawarma place and a block away is a great neighborhood pub with great food and good beers. I would definitely stay here again!
Great Downtown Access
My friend and I stayed for just a few days while at a convention downtown. The rate was excellent, access to amenities fast and easy, and it was easy to feel at home. If you are in need of a comfortable place to stay I would highly recommend this location as you will have everything a hotel could offer plus the comfort of home.

Great weekend in Calgary
We were in Calgary for a Flames game and a weekend away. Condo is in a great location to get around without a vehicle. Hopped on the C train for the game, then walked back. Walked downtown on Saturday to see the sights. Michael (our host) met us on Friday and stayed around to talk about potential activities for the weekend. Highly recommended.
We loved the area! Everything was easily accessible and everything is pretty much in walking distance. Nice, clean place. Had everything we needed with our 2 kids. Wish we could had stayed longer but it was rented out because it's that great. We also really loved then noodle house downstairs.
