Want a true home away from home? I sweat the small stuff, so you don’t have to! Enjoy quality cookware and ample kitchen utensils along with basic supplies: Spices, salt & pepper and basic condiments in the fridge. Prepare meals in the large kitchen without spending a fortune at the grocery store! After dinner, enjoy your time on the couch watching your favourite TV show or record it on the PVR. Ironing board, hair dryer, coffee provided, WIFI; all you need to get yourself ready to go out!

Ideal for 1 or 2 couples, kids, or longer term executive/business rental. The condo is designed for 4 persons, although I do have a comfortable, high quality double air mattress(inflates by built-in pump), which can be put in main room, if you have a 5th person.

There is AIR CONDITIONING in the main room & ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A free, secured parking spot is available if you're driving.

Condo was recently updated and modernized. New kitchen, flooring, and paint. Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen sized beds have recently been redone and painted. Both rooms are approximately the same size, with master bedroom boasting an en suite bathroom.

Located down town, you are only 10 minute walk to Calgary's famous red mile, and close to all amenities, including: Numerous restaurants of various ethnicities and specialty shops. Just bring your suitcase and get settled. You can walk over and grab some food at the Coop grocery store or the natural/holistic grocer, both a 3-5 minute walk away.

Take a stroll down by the river downtown to explore Eau Claire market, or grab the C-train and head over to Stephen Ave for some shopping and good eats!

I'm an airline pilot by trade and enjoy travelling and seeing new places(cliche, I know). I'm a member of a few different networks in the Calgary area, and head up my own small Real Estate investment company(Financed Homes Inc.) together with my business partner.

I bought it because it simply had the best layout of any of the condos I looked at with my Realtor. I've only lived in Calgary since 2012 and I bought in 2013. It's in a great location, close to all that you need.

What makes this apartment unique

You won't find a better layout anywhere. A large kitchen, open to the family/TV room is what sold me. The place has been completely redone to make it modern, and take advantage of the great floor plan!

Great weekend in Calgary

We were in Calgary for a Flames game and a weekend away. Condo is in a great location to get around without a vehicle. Hopped on the C train for the game, then walked back. Walked downtown on Saturday to see the sights. Michael (our host) met us on Friday and stayed around to talk about potential activities for the weekend. Highly recommended.

Awesome!

We loved the area! Everything was easily accessible and everything is pretty much in walking distance. Nice, clean place. Had everything we needed with our 2 kids. Wish we could had stayed longer but it was rented out because it's that great. We also really loved then noodle house downstairs.

Excellent property

We were in Calgary for a family wedding. The condo was wonderful, spacious, modern and very clean. It was an easy walk to the C train and the Co-op which was great since we did not have a car. Having free wifi was also a bonus. Michael our host was very prompt in replying to any questions before our arrival. We did not eat out as the wedding plans included lots of family activities, however there are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance to the condo.I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable visit to Calgary while being near the downtown area and all it has to offer.

GREAT SPOT!

We had a great time at in Calgary. This place was a perfect fit; close to everything, spacious, and clean. We loved the security of the building and parking. We would recommend this spot to anyone! :)
