Buen apartamento pero podría estar mejor

Arrendador amable, las instalaciones del apartamento como luces y demás un poco mal. Ademas faltaban platos, cubiertos y habia una luz en encima de la lucha de la que goteaba el agua y no pudimos utilizar la ducha por miedo

The hotel was very enjoyable with excellent location right on the beach and great restaurant. Many of the attractions on Ocean Drive were within a 5-15 walk. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect Holiday

I booked this property for my parents (in their 70s) visiting me from Italy. The location is unbeatable, super central but removed from the chaos, overlooking the beach, walking distance to all best restaurants. Kamran the property manager was very comunicative and kind before, during and after the stay. The hotel restaurant Santorini is perfect for lunch or dinner and we ate there almost every day! I will definitely book this property again for my family and friends coming to visit me in Miami!

Gorgeous view

We have stayed here many times over the years. The view south toward Government Cut is gorgeous day and night. Split our days between the pool and beach. Nice having sand chairs provided by host. Wonderful restaurant choices within walking distance. Full size refrigerator, microwave and cooktop convenient for meals, too. Looking forward to returning.

Horrible Experience with the host manager

This was the second time I rented this unit. My first experience was great. This time the kitchen was under construction and completely sectioned off. I wasn’t made aware of this until hours before checking in. This unit is in the Bentley Hilton and the Hilton staff was amazing but the manager of the unit was aggressive. After much debate he reimbursed me, and cancelled the reservation but did allow me to stay in the unit that was under construction which was the right thing to do, given it was Art Basel week.

Great Stay

I needed a location central to the Miami Art week venues, so this was a perfect spot. I was traveling alone and loved being in a hotel with other guests and all of the hotel amenities. Highly recommend this property …except next year for Art Basel…because I plan to rebook 💃

Nice unit in a great location

POSITIVES: Unit pics/description were accurate, great location, easy beach access, upscale restaurants nearby, a wonderful restaurant on-site, walking distance or short drive to the "action", beautiful partial view of the ocean, wonderful hotel staff, room AC works great, nice gym NEGATIVES: Floors were filthly upon arrival (feet were black), AC is VERY noisy when cutting on/running (needs to stay at 70 or it gets muggy),minimum/random glassware, old coffee pot, not enough towels for 2 people and a 5 day stay, not supplied with enough papertowels or toiletpaper, no hand soap, no sheets were provided for the pull out bed which was VERY uncomfortable (dips in center), king bed frame is broken and propped with stuff underneath, pool is small, unit 806 is on the noisy side of the hotel (car noise from the restaurant parking lot & entrance to the hotel garage and valet...trash truck at 6:15am), I contacted Kamran to let him know the floors were not clean and we were not provided with enough papertowels, toiletpaper and sheets. He did send the cleaning crew to take care of those things that day. However when I requested more towels, I did not get a response until I reached out again. His answer was "you can pick up extra towels at the gym or preschedule an entire unit cleaning for $175". If we only need a few towels, why would I need to pay for a "cleaning service"? Nowhere in the listing was this mentioned. How difficult is it to provide extra towels, sheets and blankets?

Great South Beach location

The room was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our needs. The hotel is steps away from beach. The view is spectacular with partial view of beach and full view of nearby high rises which looked amazing lit up at night. The king size bed was super comfortable and cozy with sheets, duvet and soft topper blanket and comfortable pillows. Kitchen had necessary cookware and utensils for us to make breakfast every morning. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice gym and quality equipment for workouts too. Kamran was super responsive to all questions. Will be back again!

Was a great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and the beach was easy to walk to along with the amenities. Restaurants and night life was close by easy to walk to. Would stay again.

great stay!

This is a great option for our family in South Pointe. The unit is as pictured and as described in reviews. There was a comfortable duvet on the bed and extra blankets. I use a wheelchair, and Kamran bought a bath seat for the shower, which worked well, and was much appreciated. Our child ended up sleeping on the couch (we just removed the pillows, we did not pull out the bed since it didn't feel comfy - full of metal springs). They did have a pack 'n play in the unit which would be super convenient for younger kids. The unit does feel a bit stuffy since you can't open the windows and the air filter cover at minimum needed a good vacuum/scrubbing and it seemed like the filters were clogged too (though hard to see as they are in the ceiling. I could see a ton of dust on the air grate). I love using a VRBO in a hotel - you know the exact unit you'll get and you get to enjoy all the hotel amenities. Having nothing to do with the unit, I'll mention that I arrived on a Tuesday, asked for the pool lift to be set up, and it took them until Sunday to get it up and *somewhat* working. I asked about it everyday. The manager was friendly about it, but I don't think she ever checked on it herself, so she seemed surprise each day it wasn't working. The pool staff was super friendly and hauled me out of the pool for the 5 days the lift wasn't working. The door/gate from the boardwalk to the pool area was wide open (with no spring to pull the door closed, and no staff to monitor), and many drunk people from the public beach came in to use the bathroom. One girl who had way too much to drink puked all over the bathroom. This made an otherwise family friendly pool experience pretty gross. The hotel needs to keep that door/gate closed so that only people who are hotel guests can come in and use the pool and bathrooms.

Perfect Get-a-Way

Stayed at this property for a last minute trip for some R&R. The unit was very nice and perfect for my stay! I loved having the option to cook and “eat-in” while I stayed. The location was fantastic, and super easy to get to and from the beach. Having the opportunity to utilize the hotel pool, gym, and other amenities was great as well. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Great property

The unit was very nice. Property owner answered questions quickly and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Check in was through the hotel desk and staff was great as well even though we didn’t book through hotel. Very good/easy access to beach at this location.

Great location

Great location. Close to lots of fine dining. Kitchen is not well appointed however if you plan to eat in. Limited selection of basic kitchen equipment and cutlery (there where only 2 large spoons - too big to fit into a small yoghurt container!). Chef’s knife (only one!) was cheap and had a broken handle. Mix of unmatching wine and drinking glasses. Windows don’t open and there’s no balcony so you’re forced to breathe 24/7 air con. TV’s are dated and aren’t smart. Freezer ice machine is inoperablem. Beds and pillows are comfortable though !

Beautiful view, great location, nicely furnished

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. This year we were delighted with the new furnishings. Gorgeous! We love everything about this property - the location, the view, the kitchen and kitchen equipment, and the pool are highlights. The people at the desk, the bellmen, and the pool staff are pleasant and efficient. Happy hour at the restaurant is a delicious bargain. Can't wait to return.

Home away from home

South of Fifth is our favorite spot and the Bentley hotel is our favorite so when I spotted this listing for the property inside our fave hotel it was a no-brainer! Everything was perfect-clean, stocked, and comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were in the room for our use or you can pay for the Bentley Beach Club service which we did a couple times. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem in South Pointe

Away from all of the craziness of South Beach during the week. The weekends get busy, nothing obnoxious like North of Fifth. The staff at hotel are accommodating and extremely pleasant even though you are staying through VRBO. Everything is clean and well maintained by our host. All of the amenities are excellent. This is a great place to relax and unwind. No complaints here.

Amazing Trip!

This was exactly what I was looking for during my South Beach stay. Location is amazing…short walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The hotel has a heated pool and lounging area. I also loved that there was waiter/waitress service both at the beach and pool offering both drinks and food. Loved the large king size bed and down pillows as well as the large flat screen tv in the bedroom.

Perfect Spot South of Fifth

What a wonderful property in what we think is the absolute best part of South Beach. The condo itself is lovely and well-appointed. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The furnishings look brand new and the views from the windows are so peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and lunches, but with so many great restaurants nearby, we went out every night. The neighborhood is very walkable, safe and upscale. It feels like a more “year round” part of South Beach in terms of the vibe. You definitely know you’re in South Beach, but South of Fifth doesn’t feel full of party spots, electronic dance music and “look at me” people (though if you want that, it’s within walking distance). There are many lovely restaurants nearby, and the Hotel concierge is ready with recommendations and willing to make reservations. And being inside the Hilton hotel gives access to incredible amenities such as an amazing health club, full service spa, pool and beach service. The Greek restaurant on the ground floor is delicious! The owner was immediately responsive to the few minor questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again same time next year!
