One pillow top queen bed & 1 bunk bed, double bottom & single top. (do have really nice air mattress for extra guest if needed! ( 1 full ). Big kitchen(fully stocked) with access to beautiful large covered patio! Living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, and French doors that open up onto another beautiful and peaceful patio with seating for entertainment. Two Flat Screen TV's and DVD player, WIFI and Blue Tooth Stereo, W/D, BBQ, Cable, Beach towels, chairs ,umbrella for enjoying the Lake **Pac n play and Highchair and 2 adult bikes are available upon request at booking**

Inside has an amazing kitchen(stocked), beautiful décor, gas fireplace , granite countertops, tiled bathrooms , very comfortable beds with all white linens and so much more......... there is also a washer and dryer if you need it...*****ATTN IRONMAN ATHLETES*** We have safe storage for your gear upon request in garage...

Great House, Very Well Appointed and Well Located

Very close to Sherman. Great kitchen. Very well appointed. Awesome master bedroom. Great back yard. Two issues: (1) floor is uneven, so might be an issue for elderly (2) house is a little hot in the summer. There is a window A/C unit that does a decent job.

Amazing home!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with everything imaginable. We had 5 ladies in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance to everything - fabulous restaurants, great shopping and the lake! The owner was very responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond our every need. We will be back!

Nice! Clean! Sweet! Well Appointed

My two sisters and I stayed in the charming, well appointed, house. The remodel was done right! Granite countertops, big showers, fluffy towels and a welcome basket of goodies. Beds were so comfortable and the house so cozy. We have lots of memories of visiting family in Coeur d'Alene and have to come back every few years, this house was a gem and we will be back. Sandy was so helpful and accomomdating.

Great Home - Great Location

This is a great option if you want to stay close to downtown. You would be hard pressed to find a better location off the lake. My family of 5 stayed here in February and even with snow on the ground, it's an easy walk to downtown and we even walked to the resort several times during our stay with no problem. Aside from the great location, the home is awesome. It's very nicely appointed and we loved the floor plan for keeping the whole family close together. the kitchen is top-notch and all the beds were very comfortable. Lastly, the owners were great to deal with and were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely look for this home again the next time we are in town!

Our rental is just two short blocks from Sherman Ave which is the heart of downtown, You can walk just a few minutes to all that it has to offer There are many wonderful shops, boutiques and art galleries. Several restaurants and sports bars with great out door seating, to fine dining. Several barista coffee shops,(our favorite is JAVA) and Plenty of night life for entertainment with live music and dancing. For families with children, walk out the front door and straight down 7th Ave. just five minutes to our beautiful park which features everything from basketball courts to play grounds and a waterpark playground for the kids to enjoy on beautiful summer days, situated at the base of Tubbs Hill where you can explore all the hiking trails that are surrounded by CDA Lake so take a swim while your there... Or you may choose to walk a few more blocks down to our City Park that is right along the waters edge and enjoy the lake, beach and all the activities it has to offer ... There are special events that happen here which include: Ironman Triathlon (we are just minutes from the star /finish line) , Car d' Alene Classic Car Show, Fourth of July Parade and Festivities, Christmas Parade and Firework Show, Art on the Green, Fresh Farmers Market every Wednesday, and Silverwood Theme Park and Ski resorts are all Just a 30 to 60 minute drive away........
