The Space:

Casa Hawkeshead is a beautiful villa set in one of Playa Blanca’s most exclusive and peaceful locations, perfect for both families and couples looking to relax and unwind.



The standout feature is the impressive private heated pool (11m x 4m), one of the largest villa pools on the island, surrounded by tropical gardens and spacious south-facing terraces. With multiple seating areas, shaded spots and sun-drenched terraces, it’s the ideal space for long, lazy days by the pool and relaxed evenings outdoors.



The villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing excellent space and privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, the downstairs twin room also benefits from an en-suite, while a further bedroom is served by a family bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet off the hallway. All bedrooms have air conditioning (coin-operated) to ensure a comfortable stay.



Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming lounge with sea views, and a comprehensive TV package with a wide range of international and sports channels. Free high-speed fibre internet is also included.

Online Check-in & Arrival Information



To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Hawkeshead is located in the peaceful and sought-after Las Claveles area of Playa Blanca, offering a relaxed residential setting while remaining close to local amenities.



A mini market is just a short walk away, while Playa Flamingo beach, Aqualava Water Park, and a selection of shops, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach. The centre of Playa Blanca is approximately 2.4 km away, offering an even wider choice of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.



With its quiet location and convenient access to the resort, Casa Hawkeshead is an ideal base for both relaxing and exploring Playa Blanca.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, with the nearest bus stop just 350m away, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
