Habia espacio para todxs, nos alojamos 6 personas ocupamos todas las plazas. En la Cocina solo habia 6 cucharas, 6 tenedores y 6 cucharillas de postre, es escàso pq tienes que lavar las cada vez y no tienes para todas las comidas. La piscina los dos ultimos dias tenia tonos verdes. Es las característiques no especifica que el AC es con credito de consumo, juncà habia visto estones España ni en otros lugares.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Firstly, the communication with the owner and property manager was very good. We received the details in timely manner prior our stay.Secondly, the place itself was fabulous, clean and spacious. My family and I loved the heated pool.

Amazing little treasure

We had a lovely week at this villa. The booking process and questions we had were dealt with swiftly by Stephen. The villa itself is only a 15-20 min stroll to the front promenade and big supermarkets, lovely restaurants, bars and ferry terminal. A non active volcano up the road made for a great morning out. The villa is compact and has everything you need. The outside area is spacious and added bonus of a heated pool. The only negative I could find if I had to choose something is that the decor and soft furnishings look a little tired but it didn’t stop us having an enjoyable time. We will be looking to book again in the future

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. Stephen was a great host and answered all my questions about the villa as I was bringing my 80 YO mum with limited mobility. Terry the Villa manager and the cleaners that came during our stay to maintain the pool and clean the villa were amazing. Villa was clean, kitchen well stocked and WiFi was very good. We also enjoyed the books , puzzles and games made available. Wish we were still there!

Nice villa

Property was good. It was nice and clean. Loads of space to park outside the villa on a very quiet road. Easy, short distance to drive to all amenities, beaches etc. Aircon in all the bedrooms was a blessing, so easy to use and very efficient.

Excellent Stay

A great villa perfect for our needs. Kids spent most days in the pool and then we went to playa blanca for the restaurants in the evening and the beaches.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday

The villa is in a quiet location. It has all the amenities you would expect in a home from home. There is plenty of outside space and the heated pool is lovely. Terry, the Villa Manager was on hand to help me with the TV and keep the pool clean and Stephen, the owner, was very helpful answering all y questions and allowing us to stay beyond the normal departure time, as we had a lateish flight home. I think the walk to into Playa Blanca is more like 25 minutes but that maybe because I walk slow.

Schöne Villa in guter Lage

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Der Pool großartig und wunderbar beheizt. Bequeme Betten, viel Platz in den Schränken. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Internet funktionierte gut. Sauberkeit ausreichend, aber nicht excellent. Wohnzimmer und Esstisch im Wohnzimmer für zwei Personen in Ordnung, bei Belegung mit 6 Personen wird es sehr eng. Handtücher und Badetücher sehr knapp bemessen, wurden uns auf Wunsch nachgeliefert, auch Stuhlkissen für die Terrasse, da wir nicht auf hartem Plastik sitzen wollten. Terry hat sich sehr gut um alles bemüht.

Relaxing holiday in the sunshine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing break in Casa Malvasia. The villa was very clean and well equipped. It was well placed for walking into the centre of Playa Blanca and was quiet when you wanted to relax in the pool which was serviced each week. Terry, the manager was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful quickly rectifying a couple of issues and then telling us about places to visit that we might have missed. Steven was always quick to reply to questions before we arrived there. To make it even better we would have appreciated a welcome pack as we arrived quite late at the villa and had to find basic supplies in a new location. Also the air con is only in the main bedroom. This was fine for the two of us but a larger group would find the bedrooms hot at night despite the fans provided. Overall it was an excellent villa which I would thoroughly recommend.

Favourite family holiday so far

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Casa Malvasia - a family of 4 with a 11 and 17 year old First impression was the photos did not do the villa justice. Villa had everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Very well situated, only 1 mile walk to centre where there were many amazing bars and restaurants. This has been our favourite holiday so far and would definitely return The communication with Stephen the owner at booking and priori to our stay was faultless, he replied to all message almost immediately Terry the villa manager was excellent,we had no problems at all and loved our stay Would recommend highly

A lovely holiday

Just got back from a lovely stay at this Villa, We had an amazing holiday thank you for the rental. The pool was amazing, the children absolutely loved being in there. The Villa is 1.5km from town and with the island being so windy the walk back up to the Villa in the heat is not for the less mobile. The Villa was very well equipped and very clean. This met all of our needs considering we are a Family of six! 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 6, 11 and 13. Communication with Stephen is excellent, and the property manager Terry is great. We had 2 small issues with the door and Microwave, which was sorted immediately . Customer service was fantastic and Terry was such a nice person. The only thing I would suggest is it would have been nice just to have a welcome pack on arrival with a few necessities, such as Water, Milk, Bread etc. Most Villas we stay in do provide this and its really useful for the kids after the long days travel. Also the Aircon would have been nice in all the Villa and not just the main bedroom. Also having this included in the villa rental rather than being coin operated would have been my preference. Fans are provided in the other rooms however the children were just too hot and slept in our room Pool cleaning could me more regular also as I believe this only happened twice over the two weeks. However these are only minor points/suggestions which did not distract from our amazing time and would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay with all the comfort of home

We stayed 12 nights and had a lovely holiday. The property is in a quiet residential area about 20-25 minutes walk to Playa Blanca centre (a nice relaxing walk). The photos don't do the villa justice, it is very nicely appointed. The pool was lovely and warm (perhaps the warmest of the various villa's we've been lucky enough to stay in). The villa owners have thought of almost all the essentials you could want. The loungers and seating outside, and the sofa's inside, were comfortable and it felt like the owners made a real effort to ensure guests had a relaxing time. The retractable awning gave extra shelter when needed. We had a 1 year old and requested a cot and high chair. Both were provided and were nice and clean. Villa management were excellent and friendly as always (not that we needed them). Thank you

Sehr Schön

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool ist auf 28 bis 29 Grad beheizt (war im Februar sehr angenehm). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie dem Personal sind freundlich sowie flott, einem wird sofort geholfen. Allen, (Kinder 3 und 5, den Eltern und Großeltern) hat es sehr gut gefallen und würde es immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage :)
