Este apartamento lo tiene todo. A solo media cuadra de la bulliciosa acción en la playa de Los Muertos y a tiro de piedra de todos los restaurantes, cafeterías y bares en la Zona Romántica de PV. Todos los sitios locales están a poca distancia a pie. ¿Prefieres relajarte en el complejo? ¡No es un problema! V177 ofrece una magnífica terraza panorámica en la azotea con vista al mar con piscina infinita climatizada con energía solar con un sistema de limpieza de agua salada, jacuzzi climatizado, una zona de barbacoa, un gimnasio con vistas, amplias zonas de estar y una sala de TV. También hay un jardín común, un patio interior y una azotea con acceso a WiFi. Los huéspedes tienen la ventaja de la seguridad en el lugar y el ascensor a cada piso.
La unidad en el 3er piso ofrece una vista del océano y la ciudad. El 1 dormitorio tiene una cama King y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen. Se proporcionan sábanas de calidad. La unidad cuenta con conexión WiFi segura y privada, 2 televisores LED de pantalla plana con cable en el dormitorio y la sala de estar, cada uno con un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray.

The property owner was very responsive. The spot is in great condition. I felt safe knowing there was always an attendant near the front door. The area this condo is in is quiet at night. The pool and amenities near were incredible. I would stay there again and again.

Great Stay at V177 Puerto Vallarta

This property had everything you needed for a great vacation. The location was perfect, close to beach, restaurants and stores. Check in was easy , Eduardo the security man was very helpful and friendly. We loved sitting on our balcony every morning for coffee and breakfast with a great view. The rooftop pool was a relaxing way to spend the day if you didn’t want to head to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the place

Beautiful place… great building, great location… exceptional patio the was much more private than we expected. We ate dinner on the patio several nights. Great bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped too. The internet was spotty.. but in fairness.. I think it’s a romantica thing. Overall 5 star experience.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our vacation at this condo was for one week and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival and exactly as pictured. There weren't any amenities we could think of that were not available. The security staff was very welcoming and gave a smile and a wave everytime we came and left the building. The whole condo complex was very clean and modern. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including yummy local restaurants, great beach bars, shops, and the Malecon. We shopped for groceries just around the corner at the mini-super which had everything we needed for meals, although we ended up enjoying the local restaurants the majority of the time. We highly recommend this condo for all the reasons above and would certainly rent again.

Lovely building - unit needs a refresh

The Pros: This unit is in a lovely building. The pool and rooftop are beautiful with amazing views. We've stayed in this complex many times in many other units, but never before in this one. It has a lovely bay view from the balcony. Also, nice bed and linens, new pool towels. The Cons: The unit needs a refresh. The couch is visibly dirty and sinks in the middle. The balcony table is scarred and needs to be replaced. Many lightbulbs were burned out when we arrived. The toilet seat lid broke off during our stay. To be fair, the property manager remedied the easy stuff (lightbulbs and toilet seat) quickly. There was also a houseplant that draped over the soiled couch with some kind of fungus on its leaves. While the maintenance person clipped off some leaves and said it would be removed later that week, it never was. As other guests have mentioned, there are no basics that are usually left for guests. No shampoo or soap in the shower, no salt, pepper, coffee or cooking oil in the kitchen to cook with. Finally, the safe is located on the top shelf of a tall closet. We needed a ladder to access it. This place could be lovely, but we were disappointed in the condition.

What a view!

We had a great 4 night stay. I chose this property because of the rooftop pool, and it did not disappoint. Tons of restaurants and bars within a few blocks. We didn't take a taxi once. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated that the fridge/freezer had an ice maker. The condo balcony had a nice ocean view, too.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Pictures exactly what you get!!

First time staying downtown and loved the convenience of everything at your fingertips!!! So many great restaurants and short walk to the beach. The property was beautiful and had almost everything we needed. Luckily we brought shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. We like to cook but no condiments/spices. (Maybe because of Covid). The only other thing we missed was having a washcloth. But we settled in easily and took advantage of the beauty and loved hanging out by the rooftop pool for sunsets!!! Stunning!!! Would highly recommend V177!!!

But to list a few specifics: the location; the unit's design and features; the mid-week cleaning service; Karina, the owner's quick responding "concierge"; and the friendly and always attentive security guards. Tranquility Now

Terrific condo just as advertised. Listen to the surf from the private terrace with water views. Also a great place for cocktails and dinner. Nicely equipped kitchen with all the basics and the in-unit washer/dryer is an added bonus. Amazing roof top terrace with infinity pool and jacuzzi are the perfect place to take a dip and get the kinks out at the end of the day. Bedroom with comfy king sized bed is extremely quiet. Linens, towels and pillow selection are very good. The location is in the middle of everything but quiet when you want to take a time out. I’ve already booked my next stay.

Great property!

We loved our stay! Everything was just great from check-in to check-out! Communication was super timely and easy. The property is so close to everything you wish in the Romantic Zone. For some reason it showed two bathrooms in the description, but it is only one. Super quiet at night for sleep (which is a big deal in that area!) We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great location within walking distance of great restaurants, theatre, and art galleries in the Old Town. The balcony offers a view of the ocean and is a great place to enjoy breakfast. Condo has all of the amenities and is in a quiet location. Able to relax on rooftop pool area which provides both sunny and shady areas, plus a gym. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Check in and the staff are excellent, what you see is what you get. Emediate response from Karina and sarah regarding questions or issues and there were no issues. This building is a building away from the beach, right in the heart of great restaurants and bars but very quiet at night. We will come back we had a wonderful time here. Gracious Karina:)

Our new favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta

We've been to PV many times but this was our first stay in V177. The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. The unit is modern and comfortable. Although it sits in a busy area of PV, when the doors and windows are closed the unit remains very quiet. The roof top is a little paradise with salt water pool and jacuzzi. Watching sunset from this perspective is magical. There is plenty of space for people to lounge and relax. The gym is very functional and fit our needs for getting a great workout. The security staff is 24/7 and most pleasant and helpful. Karina was very quick to respond to and resolve an issue we had. When making future plans to stay in PV we would certainly check the availability of V177 again. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

Great condo with awesome view in the perfect building

Love this condo and the building. I could go on but I'll be brief and get to the point. The room is perfectly equipped with everything you need, including washer and dryer. Check in was a breeze. The patio/balcony is so nice to sit and lounge or even big enough to have a nice dinner. The building has an amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi. Everything is modern and well decorated. It's situated a short block from the beach and walking distance to everything in the old part of Vallarta. This unit will definitely be on my wish list every time I visit PV.

Fantastic condo in the heart of the Romantic Zone!

My husband and I spent 7 nights in Sarah's condo and had a great time! The condo looks exactly like the pictures, and was quite clean and comfortable. This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and, I have to admit, we were a little concerned about the "safety factor" in Mexico, but we felt 100% safe here. We felt totally safe walking around town and it was great having the Security Office downstairs with a locked entrance to the condo complex. Gil in Security was very nice and helpful! We absolutely loved the gorgeous rooftop pool and spa. All very clean and very well maintained. Since we were in PV during the off season (early September), we often had the entire pool and rooftop to ourselves! We especially enjoyed watching the fabulous thunder and lightening shows from the rooftop after dinner. And speaking of dinner, there are lots of great restaurants nearby including La Palapa and 116 Pulpito (both right around the corner) and our favorite, Joe Jack's Fish Shack, right across the street from the Margarita Grill (serving the best margaritas in town!) Coco's Kitchen, also just around the corner from the condo, served great breakfasts and lunches! Highly recommend this location! Sarah and Katrina were very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Paradise with convenience

From the minute we arrived the condo was exactly like the photos and gorgeous! It truly was a week of R&R. The location really can’t be beat from a great salad shop when we wanted a break from Mexican food around the corner to amazing fine cuisine all within walking distance. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave the rooftop pool even though we were minutes from the beach! The maintence of the pool as well as the security were truly first class! We didn’t feel in anyway concerned with safety walking anywhere. We didn’t want to leave but know that when we plan our next trip we will be staying here! Highly suggest staying here! The ocean view from the condo was an added bonus!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 9 nights in Sarah's condo. We loved every minute. both Sarah and Karina were wonderful in their correspondence with us, and it is clear that they take great pride in the property. I live and work in the downtown area as a Realtor and my office is right nearby on Olas Altas. Living locally allows me to assist my guests should they need it.

I was initially drawn to V177 for its superb location but the quality of the design features and the attention to detail made it stand out for me amongst the competition (being a Realtor, I see it all). The proximity to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town area and the ease of access to them all, with no hills to negotiate, along with its breath-taking rooftop pool area, helped convince me to get the unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I think guests will appreciate the unique design features and all the emphasis on quality materials that the complex has. Also, having access to the beach and town whilst having the added benefit of the private rooftop just for the building, is a real plus when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of town.
