La mejor ubicación en el condado de Summit. Nuestra casa de 2200 pies cuadrados está ubicada en la subdivisión Silver Shekel, a 2 millas al norte de Breckenridge, en un lote grande y tranquilo. Esta ubicación proporciona fácil acceso a todas las áreas de esquí del condado de Summit, así como a Vail y Beaver Creek. Desde la sala familiar, el comedor, la terraza y las habitaciones se pueden disfrutar vistas espectaculares de la gama de 10 millas.

El nivel superior de la casa cuenta con una gran cocina recientemente remodelada, comedor y sala familiar. La sala familiar tiene muchos asientos, TV grande y chimenea de gas. Puede disfrutar de cócteles o una barbacoa en la gran terraza mientras disfruta de las vistas a la montaña.

El segundo nivel alberga los 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y medio y la sala de lavandería. La suite principal es muy grande y tiene una cama king-size, un sofá cama doble y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden configurar como una cama king size individual.

Las escaleras interiores brindan acceso directo a la sala de estar desde el garaje adjunto con calefacción en la planta baja. Asegúrese de que todos los miembros de su grupo se sientan cómodos con las escaleras, ya que las áreas de estar se encuentran en el segundo y tercer piso. El garaje para 2 autos ofrece un lugar conveniente y seguro para guardar esquís, bicicletas, palos de golf y otros juguetes. Se recomienda un vehículo con tracción total para acceder a nuestra casa en invierno.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

The owners of this home have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your vacation. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, closet full of puzzles and games, clean and organized throughout. Great location too, just 10 minutes to parking lots at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I will happily stay here again if ever back in Breck!

This home was amazing. It wasn't just the house that made it great, it was the contents. This home is stocked with many items that you might need during your stay. Yes it has the normal pots, pans, towels, board games and all that but its the quality of the items and the trust of the Shekel family that really stood out. You get complete access to a fully stocked 2 car garage with tools, sleds, snow shoes, and anything else you would see in a regular garage. In the home, there are several drawers of extra thermal clothing and coats if needed. The laundry room is fully stocked with all laundry essentials as well. The towels are plush. The bedding, including the mattresses were plush. I could go on and on about how this truly felt like a home and not a rental house. You will not regret your stay.

Perfect and very homey feeling

This house is only about a mile and a half north of Breckenridge city. It’s very convenient. I like how it had all the furnishings that one would need including cooking supplies and extra batteries for the remote. There seems to be a little program that previous renters will leave behind anything they don’t use that’s non-perishable that the next renters could use. It’s a really cool program. We left behind flour and brown sugar and a whole bunch of toilet paper for the next group. The house was clean and just felt like our own home. Communication with the owner was excellent while we were there. We had a few questions and he answered them properly. Excellent house,

Ski vacation

My family of 4 (2 kids, ages 9 and 11) and another father and son (age 12) stayed for 5 nights over presidents weekend. We really enjoyed the warm and coziness of this house. We felt at home and had it had everything we needed. Tom was a great host and very responsive with any questions we had. Location is great - close to Breck and Keystone and about an 1 hour to Vail. We were able to go to all of those in the 4 full days we had at this location. You can even take the frisco to Breck shuttle down the road if you want. Would love to stay here again.

Long Weekend in Breck

We rented this place because it was perfect for two adults and two kids! It could have fit more people, depending on configurations,. The master bedroom is very large. The other two rooms are a bit snug. The common/kitchen area was very nice and spacious. Communications with the owner was excellent! Proximity to the village and parking lots were very convenient. We enjoyed the heated garage and the ability to park our car inside! The house had everything (spices, condiments, etc) to help with cooking and the bathrooms were also well stocked with towels and essentials. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Ski spot

Had an absolute blast at Thomas’ place. The location was perfect for getting to Breckinridge, and made the trip so much more enjoyable. The place is cozy and real set the tone for the mountain vibe. It is very private, and had no issues with the permanent residents. Would happily stay here again for our next visit!

Beautiful View, Beautiful House

We had a beautiful, lovely experience at this house. Fantastic views from the kitchen and living room windows of the jagged mountains and the house was supplied with a dream kitchen, comfy beds, fantastic laundry appliances, and a crisp, pine tree scented naturally, hummingbird frequented balcony porch. The only thing I recommend is that low-landers realize that they will need to adjust to the mountain altitude since this home is at 9300 feet - fresh mountain air is a blessing.

A little piece of heaven

This was most definitely one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. So clean, updated and in the perfect location in Breckenridge. The views are absolutely amazing ! Fantastic clean and cozy fully-stocked property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s house. The property is located only a 5-minute drive from the slopes. It is well-maintained with everything you may need for a great comfortable stay including a nice kitchen with all the necessary supplies for cooking, a BBQ grill on the deck, a garage, comfortable beds with nice bedding and fluffy towels, washer/dryer etc. We had a perfect stay for our ski trip. The kitchen/living room area is on a separate floor from the bedrooms, providing privacy for group stays. The views from the home are also fantastic. Showers are hot with good water pressure. Nice toiletries and supplies are all provided. And Tom was always quick and helpful in terms of communication. The only thing that could make this place even better would be a hot tub on the deck. ;) We would not hesitate to book this home again for future stays at Breckinridge!

Great property, plenty of room

The property worked well for my groups needs, which were ski, eat, sleep. Repeat. It's a few mi drive to Breck, about 15 to AB. The house had plenty of room for 5 guys,. There were no surprises. Kitchen is well equipped. Just be aware of the address and driveway location. A gps may take you a roundabout way. The loc. Is spelled out by the owner.

Excellent house, superbly equipped cozy and quiet.

We spend 2 weeks in Tom's house, during heavy snow storm and extreme cold. All was very clean, everything was working. The house has a tenant, Travis, in the ground floor, completely sound insulated, but the good thing is that Travis takes care of shuffling and plowing the snow from the drive way. The kitchen is really well equipped with high quality utensils, glasses, cutlery and plates. Dining with a view on a daily basis. If you like to cook you really have everything you can think off. The bed rooms are comfy, quiet and correctly temperated, a large master suite with view all around invites to chill. Intrnet t speed above 40 MB/sec allow Hifi streaming. We'll be back, thanks Tom.
