What makes this house unique

Park Point @ Secluded Dunes is magical. It's smaller, tucked away, exclusive and quiet ... While we were building Sunsation, we'd end the day in a trance listening to the wildlife and watching the twinkling lights of Port St. Joe come into sight as darkness fell, reminding us of our other favorite place, Positano, on the Amalfi coast in Italy.

Great House, Beautiful Beach

  • 5 of 5

We so enjoyed our visit to the Cape and was very pleased with our stay at Dags Dunes. The house was very well equipped for our large family to spread out and have our own space, but cozy enough to enjoy the kitchen and living area when we were cooking and relaxing. The screened in porch was fantastic! The beach was a short golf cart or vehicle ride from the house. We rode through the State Park several times and saw several deer too. Overall a great experience and would recommend Dags Dunes and renting from Steve and Dana!

Beautiful home, a short walk from a quiet beach...very relaxing!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property backs up to the state park, so you look out on mostly untouched peninsula. The home was generally well kept and the owners were very responsive. We ran out of gas in the grill one night and had a new tank within 10 minutes. The beach is very quiet, with powder-like white sand. The kids loved it. We loved it. It is definitely a property that we will consider returning to in the future.

Lovely!!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home at Cape San Blas! The screened in front porch was a favorite spot for evening meals and hanging out. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the house was perfect for a larger group with each bedroom having its own large bathroom and the open floor plan making it easy to be together. The home was clean and uncluttered. The giant swim spa was a lot of fun for all ages. The peace and quiet of the neighborhood was awesome allowing the kids to ride their bikes without worry and the pool was very nice. All and all a perfect vacation week! Thank you Dana and Steve for helping make our family vacation week a great one.

Beautiful Home!

  • 5 of 5

9 of us returned again for the 2nd year in a row. We absolutely love this home tucked away from all the others. This home has a big screened front porch with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool. We spent most of our time out there unless we were at the beach or pool. The Jacuzzi is nice, but since we were entertained elsewhere, we didn't use. The 2 car garage is large and there is even a bike for you to use. Steve and Dana were available for us if we had any needs and were great to work with. Thank you for allowing us to bring our 4 legged child along. She is part of our family. We give this pet friendly home 5 Stars!!

Lovely home for a family vacation

  • 5 of 5

It is April 26th, we have only been home for 4 days, but on my way home from work today my thoughts were on how much I was already missing my vacation and the lovely home I and my family got to enjoy! It doesn't help that it is late April and only 34 degrees here in Wisconsin. Hard NOT to miss the daily 80 degree awesome weather that we got that week. This house completed our trip. It worked for us in so many ways. My husband and myself brought our 3 kids, who are 22, 19, and 17 + our daughter brought a friend. We had plenty of room to spread out, the king sized beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms are super spacious! We used the spa/swim pool nightly and loved it. We used almost every appliance the kitchen had to offer, the griddle, the blender, the toaster, and of course the coffee maker. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the screened in front porch. That was my favorite time, when everyone else was asleep and I could enjoy the quiet. It was nice and quiet around the house, not too many properties around it, which was nice for us, we enjoyed the privacy. We made it to the pool a few times, which was nice. The beach was beautiful and really not very many others on it, maybe it was the time of year that we were there, but we were able to have prime spots everyday. Next time, I would bring a canopy for some shade, the sun was hot . . . at least for me. The teen girls sure did love it! We went to the Peninsula state park for a whole day, the trails were super cool and a great way to spend the day. We enjoyed shrimp from St Joes Shrimp co. and Skully's! Had a blast talking with the owner of Skully's! Nice guy! And ate some delicious fresh donuts from Weber's Little Donut Shop. Cape San Blas is such a cool place! I can't wait to go back and explore it some more! I would for sure stay at Dags Dunes again! It was sure a treat to stay in such a terrific house!
