Perfect Beach Place

Such a great place to spend time at the beach. The location is close to all the attractions but far enough away for a calm beach environment. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Lovely Condo

We have stayed in this unit for several years now. We enjoy the provided amenities (linens, starter coffee pods, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc) Anita goes the extra mile to make this condo ready for guests. It has always been clean when we arrive. It’s a great location. My aging parents are able to maneuver the property well. We plan to return next year.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had an awesome stay!! The condo was immaculate and the view just amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was great and having the beach just steps away and always in sight was so relaxing. Cherry Grove is so beautiful.

Peaceful paradise

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location was wonderful as the balcony overlooks the ocean and is comfortable at all times of the day. The beach is not very crowded on that end of the strip, so that was a plus! I would definitely stay in this property again.

Beyond Expectations

Beautiful condo! The entire experience from the rental process to check in was great. Well maintained condo with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Very, very clean! Owner was very easy to communicate with and took extra time to make this place special. Would definitely recommend to others!

Overall we enjoyed our stay for our three days… The condo was clean, kitchen was nice, bedrooms were nice , but no TV in the third bedroom. Location was very good. Great ocean/beach views. I really only had two main complaints….1. The TV in the main room needs replaced. It has a Blue tint that can not be adjusted or removed regardless of how many color/tint/brightness adjustments made….and 2. The available “beach chairs” were extremely old/rusted/and just not usable in any fashion. It would be worth spending 40 to get two or three new chairs that could actually be used in the beach and replace every couple years or as needed…Other than those two “issues” we enjoyed our stay…

Great condo on the beach

We had an amazing time at this condo. From the time I booked the owner answered all questions quickly. When we arrived the contact was very clean. There was many items for cooking or grilling. It was nice to have extras such as soap, TP and sheets. Nice family friendly location with a great ocean front view. Highly recommend.

As Advertised

When we visit North Myrtle we usually stay at Cherry Grove. This place was our favorite one of all. It's close to the point, has a bath for each bedroom, elevator, carts available to assist with move in and out and fully stocked with most items one would need. The only negative is the two parking space limit.

Love the condo and the cherry grove area!

Love the condo and the area! This was our 4th year renting the condo. The condo is always clean and the owner, Anita, is always easy to communicate with. This time we also had family that came along and rented the other condo next door. We all had a great time. There were two minor inconveniences that came up during our stay, but Anita resolved them both very quickly with very little inconvenience to us. I know we will rent the condo again in the future.

The condo was very clean and everything was in working order! We would definitely stay again!!

The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could prepare meals and not eat out. With 6 kids this was important to us! The pool and grounds were kept very nice as well. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the balcony and we enjoyed having 2 ways to access the balcony. Being right on the beach was very convenient. We drive a 15 passenger van so parking was a little hard for us but we just parked across the street, no biggie. We loved Myrtle beach and would definitely recommend this condo!!

Great location

Living area was nice, kitchen was nice and had many supplies. The little welcome packages left behind were very nice. Master bedroom had a mattress that needs replaced, as your head is lower than your feet. Ceiling in master bedroom was falling in at several areas. Master bath is very small. Paint is coming off the ceiling in the master bath. Overall, not very well cleaned. Found two items left behind by other families that were very dusty so have been there awhile. Also, right after we arrived I got some sand on the floor. When I swept it up there was way more than just the sand I dropped on the floor. Drawers were dusty inside. The overall rating is based on the lack of cleanliness and the appearance of the master bedroom and bathroom.

The ceiling in both the master bedroom and bathroom are being replaced in September. That happened when water leaked from the unit above during a hurricane. We can't do it during the season when we are booked every single week. The cleaning surprises me because our team is usually more than perfect but I will pass your comments on to them. I don't understand the mattress because is is a Stearns and Foster plush that is almost new, replaced last year. We were there a few weeks ago and I looked in all the drawers, I must have missed something. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts. We have addressed most of them butrwill address the drawer issues.

The best condo at Myrtle Beach! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. :)!!!!!!!

If you are planning a vacation this condo is the way to go. Anita is the absolute best! She replies instantly and worked with me with everything I needed! She is so sweet and kind! I can honestly say she is going to be a life long friend! :) The condo is located in the best and safest part of Myrtle Beach. The condo is about 20-30 min away from downtown and other attractions. There are stores nearby for quick pickups. Traffic is very low and the sights are beautiful. It's very relaxing and peaceful! There are restaurants everywhere and they are all super yummy! The condo is amazing! As soon as you walk in you are staring at the beach. It is 100% oceanfront! The balcony is so comfortable and the best for hanging out and eating. When you go to the beach you are close to the inlet and there is also a great fishing pier down the road. There is a lifeguard station about 100 feet from the front of the condo. There is 2 lots for parking and we had no trouble finding a spot. The whole inside is gorgeous and all the rooms are so comfy. The kitchen is fully equipt and everything is new and beautiful. Anita really puts her heart and soul into this beautiful place! This is the best condo I have ever stayed in. I will be coming back every year. I am in love with this place! I highly reccomend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed whatsoever. So make sure you book with Anits to have the best vacation of your life!!

Great place to stay!

We love staying here! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and I’m sure we will stay here again. The condo is always clean and beautiful, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We also love the cherry grove area!

Sisters trip 2022

The property was very nice. We loved the location and views. The biggest issue was only having 1 key for 5 people. Need to install a keypad lock. This was not safe. We all go and do separate things, some prefer shopping and others laying on beach. We had one who wasn't feeling well and stayed in the condo. Since she was there we left the key thinking she could let us in. She fell asleep and didn't hear the doorbell. We had to call her phone numerous times to get her to answer. Thought we were going to have to call 911 thinking something happened. Not safe with only one key. Also, room with queen bed is super tiny. Would be okay for kids. We would stay again if lock situation was changed. That is a question I will ask when booking in the future. But other thank that, a great condo.

We loved this Condo in Sea Marsh One! The location is excellent!! The views of the ocean are gorgeous!! The unit was very clean and spacious! The owner, Anita was very responsive with any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again!
