This 4,200 sf log home overlooks Sherman Lake from a small hill adjacent to the water. Lake access for swimming, boating, fishing or just sitting in the sun, is a short walk down and across the road. There is a golf cart that fits 4 people and is great for transporting a cooler and picnic.

Well-equipped spacious modern kitchen with dual islands, dual ovens and dual dishwashers. 24’ x 32’ Living room has 18’ cathedral ceilings with a canoe and kayak hanging from beams. Dining room table made from reclaimed barn timbers seats 12 comfortably.

Large master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom, and walkout porch. Upstairs full bath and 2 bedrooms. Ground level full bath and large bedroom with 2 daybeds that open into 4 twins and its own exterior entrance.

Ground level includes family room with TV, ping-pong & foosball table. Outside fire pit with wood. Fresh skewers for roasting marshmallows are right inside! On a clear night the stars are magnificent, and you often hear loons on the lake.

At the lake enjoy 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, 2 "kiddie" kayaks, SUP, inner-tubes, picnic table & chairs. This is a shared waterfront (we have the left side of the property and dock as you face the water). Please "carry-in/carry-out". Behind the house, you may hike the trails leading up the mountain. You will also see there are access points to the Schroon River along East Schroon River Road on your drive into our property.

Approx. 5 min drive from Adirondack Extreme, only 6 miles from Brant Lake (Check out The HUB for some live music or food),15 min to downtown Bolton Landing shopping and restaurants. Not far from Lake George Village.
