Overlooking one of the best ocean view's in the entire resort right from our top floor balcony, living area and main bedroom and the resort's largest pool (now heated!) (from our villa's entrance) our beautifully updated villa will not disappoint you! From the kitchen, living room, dining area and even the master bedroom, you will have an amazing view of the beach (only the villas on this row directly face the beach where the Folly Inlet runs the tidal marsh). Plus one of the resort's many lagoons is just below our balcony.

Located in the most desirable building, Building One - which is the closest to the beach in the 4 building resort complex, our beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is on the top floor (so no one above you ....sooo quiet). Our villa is one you'll love calling your home away from home! It offers a very calming, relaxing decor. Updated from the ceilings down to the floors, you will appreciate the smooth ceilings (no dusty popcorn), touches of beadboard, porcelain tile in living areas and bathrooms and wood look laminate in the bedrooms (no carpet anywhere!). You'll find granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen, a new 50" Smart LCD TV in living room, 26" LCD wall mounted TV in Master as well as a third TV (32" with built-in DVD player) in the 2nd bedroom, ....the list goes on! SECURE Wireless Internet

Our villa has sleeping accommodations for SIX with a NEW Serta super comfy queen size bed in the master and 2 Full (Double) beds in the 2nd bedroom - All your sleeping accommodations are nice, big, comfy BEDs (yes real beds with real mattresses - no twins or bunks!) Bath towels and bed linens are provided as well as a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We provide our guests with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart stored in our secure beach locker so there is no need to buy or bring those things.

Hilton Head boasts 200+ restaurants but if you prefer to prepare your own meals, our villa's kitchen will not disappoint you.

Our 24 hour roving security guards, manned gated entrance, and video cameras of all common areas insure the safety and trouble free experience you want for your family. Our elevators will take you from floor to floor in a jiffy!

Take a short 5 - 6 minute stroll over the resort's scenic boardwalk (1522 feet long) and you will enjoy one of the prettiest and most PRIVATE beaches on the island. It's never crowded because our property is bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on one side and the Folly (inlet) on the other side. If you do not care to walk, the resort's own courteous and friendly security staff offers a complementary shuttle to and from the beach thru out the day (seasonally). (On request other times) While at the beach, grab some refreshments at our beachside cabana grill, Coco's or enjoy a game of volleyball there! The Beach Bear Grill/Deli, located by the pool in the center courtyard of our building also has a convenience & gift shop.

There are 6 lighted tennis courts (1 is marked for Pickleball) , 2 OUTSIDE pools (one is heated and just downstairs from our villa) , an INDOOR heated pool in our Atrium Bldg (Bldg 3) along with a kiddie pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and a 1/10 mile indoor track for rainy days or relaxing evenings. Reserve a time for a game at the Badminton courts in the courtyard of Building Two. The amenities at our resort are some of the MOST that are offered by any resort on the island and they are all available for your use absolutely FREE as our guests! Bicycles can now be rented on-site for your convenience!

This place was everything it was advertised and more. We planned this trip as a last minute vacation. This villa provided us with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. They even provided beach chairs umbrellas, wagon to tote everything as well as toys for the kids. We will definitely be booking this place again. Also the hosts are amazing and very accessible throughout your stay with any questions that may arise from check in to recommendations for restaurants.

Great spot for a family getaway

Fantastic location! The beach felt secluded, the sunrise over the marsh is beautiful, and having amenities on site like bike rentals, pool, and bar upped the convenience factor. The hosts were super responsive and answered all questions promptly as well as offered local recommendations.

The owner Sandra was the best ever in 40 years of vacations. She is one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The Villa I would purchase and hope to. Fun week at the beach

The condo was vert clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the walk across the boardwalk through the marshes to the beach but a shuttle is also available. CoCo's restaurant is right on the beach and surprisingly good food and great drinks, fun atmosphere.

Great condo for quick get away

Sandra's condo was exactly what my family needed for our HIlton Head get away. Good location, beautiful beach with easy short walk over lovely boardwalk. Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Staff went above and beyond and mailed my daughters airpods back to us.

Super close to the beach!

The condo is a nice 2 bdrm very close to the beach. Sandra provided a good amount of information for local restaurants and activities which was great. The condo is just a walk across the boardwalk to the beach and about 3 - 4 miles away from the main shopping areas, although there are many areas to shop even closer by.

Granddaughter's first beach trip!

Place was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice view from the balcony, and included a locker with beach equipment The beach was the perfect distance for a nice walk; we didn't even have to use the available shuttle. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. It's also very close to Shelter Cove Town Center and other shopping/eating. All in all it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Birthday Trip

It is located near the beach and a shuttle was provided to get us to the beach if we didn’t want to walk. The walk was not bad but the shuttle was great. The villa was beautiful and very clean. There are several pools available on the property with a grill and gift shop. So many great things to say about the owners and their attention to details within their villa.

Great place

It was the perfect spot. Vacation/ Marine graduation stay. It was a nice villa with a beautiful view and lots of extras. We had a unique situation and this host went above and beyond the call of duty. Don't know what we would have done with out Sandra. I will definitely be back here.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for me and my nephew. The location is very quiet. The beach is private and very nice. The condo doesn’t sit right on the beach there is a boardwalk to the beach, but it is an easy walk. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and traveling as a single woman with a teenager I felt safe. The owner, Sandra is great. She was very responsive, helpful and super kind. We had a nice stay.

Great location

This unit, located in building 1, had ocean views from balcony and was close to the boardwalk to the beach. Unit is nicely equipped but the mattress in the master bedroom sagged significantly in the middle and should be replaced. Overall, recommended. Owner was great to communicate with.

When we had the opportunity to purchase this top floor, "best view in the house" villa, we jumped on it. After holding it for only our family's use for so many years, we finally decided to open it up to the rental market so others could enjoy our little piece of paradise. We love the mid-island location and all the amenities that Hilton Head Resort offers.
SInce we frequent our special HHGETAWAY ourselves, we expect cleanliness and we deliver on that ourselves for our guests. When you arrive, You will be extremely glad you have chosen our villa! You will likely want to return year after year....many of our guests do.
