Welcome to “Belle Vue”! This beautiful ocean front beach retreat with breathtaking ocean views has just been renovated with amazing upgrades throughout from the gray plank flooring to the stunning quartz countertops. A great open floor plan with plenty of room to lounge and relax. This fantastic Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The living room and both bedrooms have 55” smart TV’s. The moment you step inside Belle Vue, you will be in awe of the beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean through the oversized glass doors. What truly makes this Villa so special is the ability to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and endless ocean views while relaxing on your own private balcony that overlooks the pool area. You are just steps away from the pool and the beach!

Beachwood Place is a gated complex with only 24 units, a private pool that has an abundance of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. It also features bike racks, an elevator, washer & dryer on two floors, including outside the door of Belle Vue, and private beach access. This Villa is located in the heart of the South Forest Beach/Coligny area close to many local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a brand new park, Lowcountry Celebration Park! You are within walking & biking distance of all of this. The best way to enjoy Hilton Head is by bike, there are so many paths to explore! You can rent bikes from a number of bike rental companies that can deliver directly to Beachwood Place. Hilton Head has something for everyone, whether it’s basking in the sun or searching for wildlife!

This trip was our first to Hilton Head. The location was excellent! The unit is small and cozy. It was perfect for our family of five. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The location is fantastic- so close to Coligny which made for an easy walk there for shops and restaurants. Our family has been vacationing at Beachwood Place on HHI since 2008. We have had so many amazing family memories at Beachwood place! It has been on our vision board for many years to one day own a unit in Beachwood Place. Our kids and grandkids have grown up coming to Beachwood Place. We LOVE it! We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as our family has over the years and make memories to last a lifetime as we have! We hope all the hard work we have put into completely remodeling our Villa helps you make great memories! Much love was put into the remodel so the stay is the most enjoyable and relaxing for whoever is at "Belle Vue"!
