Great place to stay.
We had a great time at this property in pine. The cabin was well furnished and super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect cabin for a family getaway
This cabin has all the comforts of home. It’s very clean, furnished with comfortable furniture and beds as well as outdoor patio furniture. Very spacious bedrooms and baths. The pantry could be better stocked with basic spices, oil or Pam for cooking. Dishwasher didn’t clean as well as it could, had to completely rinse dishes before running dishwasher.
Tons of windows to watch the daily parade of elk, deer and javelina cross the road and snack on the grass in the front yard. Such a cool experience for city folk like ourselves. Very quiet neighborhood and dark at night for fabulous star gazing.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return! You won’t be disappointed!
Clean, comfortable,and quiet.
We had a very nice time with our family. Enjoyed the cabin
and the area. Town of Pine nearby had restaurants that were
very good. Good selection of pots, pans, dishes. etc.
( if you are cooking at the cabin as we did make
sure outside of salt, pepper, and sugar, that you bring needed
We hiked and saw elk and deer daily.. We played games that were
provided and enjoyed the cozy cabin. Very good time.
Great Location, Cute, Clean, Perfect!
We had a blast. we were extremely impressed by the ease of booking and the communication with the owner was outstanding. The cabin is in an ideal location, uber clean and nicely upgraded.
This was an exciting weekend for the family. There were Elk, Deer and Javelina everywhere and the place was very nice. The only downfall was that I am highly allergic to cats and although the family had no issues, I had a terrible time and couldn't spend any time indoors because of this. The nights were sleepless with having to use my inhaler every hour. I booked this place because it stated "no pets". As long as you have no allergic reactions to cats, I would highly recommend this place.
I didn't know what was going on until my wife found cat food in the pantry and then it all made sense.
If I decide to come back, I will probably sleep in my vehicle or on the patio. This place was awesome except for the cat issue.
Dear James, We're glad to hear your family enjoyed the cabin, but we're disappointed to hear you had issues with allergies. My husband and son are also very allergic to cats (and dogs) and that is why we do not allow pets at our cabin. We will continue to reinforce that our cabin is a pet-free zone so that our renters and our family can relax, breathe and enjoy the cabin.
I suspect the can of cat food you found may have been leftover from a guest who wanted to feed a friendly outdoor neighborhood cat. While we discourage our renters from interacting with the cat, some get concerned that the cat is hungry and have mentioned purchasing cans of cat food to feed it. We previously found an empty cat food can in the yard outside.
Given the recent unusual amount of rainfall there has been much more blooming and vegetation growth. My son has certainly experienced a spike in seasonal allergies. Given these possibilities, we'll be sure to do some extra cleaning to alleviate any allergens which may have settled.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback so we can respond to your concerns!
Peaceful, spacious, comfortable. Beautiful area
We really enjoyed it
