When we arrived the house was spotless, the overall apperance of the bouse was nice and the neighborhood was friendly. We didnt heat the pool prior to our stay and due to unforseen circumstances we needed the pool heated to accommodate our child's medical needs. And they were more than happy to come right over and turn it on for us ! These were sweet people and I would definitely rent again

We have taken our small kids to visit Disney the last few years. Our family have stayed at a number of vacation rentals for those trips. We stayed at this villa home last two times and felt that it was a very suitable choice for our needs, because it was cost effective all aspects considered - locale, comfort, accessibility, affordability, etc.

The location of the home is just perfect. It is deep in a nested residential community that is quiet and safe. But it is still easy to get around, about a mile from the cross of Rts 192 and 27. It takes 15-20 minutes to make it to the theme parks. The local caffe, restaurants, stores, supermarket and gas station are all within a couple of minutes.

The home was spacious for an average family and clean with refreshing airflow. Unlike other places we stayed before, this one has a nice open layout where the bedrooms, kitchen, dinning and pool areas all spread outwards from and flow centrally into the grand living room. There were also three full baths around the house which was so handy for family needs, a big bonus. The pool was of a decent size with no attached hot tub that normally takes up space. We had the pool heated so that we could enjoy it in cozy water late in the evening when the temperature cooled down. We liked that there were no rips in the screen around the pool area, which meant no bugs. The beddings were comfortable and the oversized king bed was so nice. The kids loved coming to our room and leaped landing on the wide open bed. Everything around the house was nicely maintained. There was nothing broken or neglected, despite some visible wears and tears.

We are sure that there are other good things to mention but also we try to think of things to mention for property management‘s attention. We did encounter some issue, for example, a scratched cooking pan. Instead of requesting a replacement, though, we just picked up one from nearby Walmart. The owner actually reimbursed us for the trouble and we left it there for future guests.

With our means, we are not expecting a high-end home with costly accommodation. Given the price vs the comfort and convenience we experienced, it was just a very attractive place for our family. We look forward to booking it again for our next trip and hopefully we won’t have to look for another place. If you are looking for a balanced choice, a comfortable home in a convenient location at an attractive price, you may look no further. This is it. It is for us

Our family including grandma and our toddler had a brief trip to Disney and it was all goodies. The house we booked satisfied our needs and kept us in good spirit, just like in our own home. It's a good home, neatly cared for, with more rooms than we needed and in a convenient location. The management was helpful, taking care of some maintenance items upon notice. It was a good family outing and we were grateful for the good experience.

We like this place in general. It’s spacious and fits our needs. But there are a few things that can be improved: We were expecting it to be as clean as the last time we stayed here- but we found cigarette butts around the pool area, a couple of towels, and an old and stained shower curtains. With a few small and easy touch ups, this could be a perfect place for your Disney vacation. Also, mattresses make a little bit of noise but if you’re tired enough you won’t notice it ;) One last thing about the pool light, we were told that the pool light would be fixed if we called the maintenance- but we weren’t lucky enough to get it fixed. Overall, it was a lovely stay- and looking forward to it next time...

Very pleased to have rented this house on a referral. My wife and I plus three kids had an enjoyable stay at the place. The house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanness and costs.

There was plenty of space and bedrooms for our family to spread around. Also comes with a private pool and a bonus gamesroom. The place was a great retreat for relaxation after a long day at busy parks. The location couldn't be better and it was quite convenient, about fifteen minutes to disney and also near stores and restaurants. It was a great place to stay for vacationing in the Disney area.

The owner was very accommodative given that it was a short notice. We will be back and will definitely consider this place again.
