Our stay was amazing. The facility was very clean. The condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again! The only downside was that the pool closed 30 minutes before dark, we understood that this was not anything that the condominium could control it is a protection of the turtle thing. Michael R.

The location is perfect. First time to this area of Florida and I was amazed at the clean wide beach. The condo itself was also awesome. Homey and clean with so many personal touches that I loved. From the Villeroy and Boch dishes, to the Dale Tiffany lamp, and the kitchen lighting plus and all the quality beach chairs/towels, we truly felt like this was a home away from home. 10 out of 10 in every category. Would love to return next year :)Also, can’t stress enough on how clean the pool is. Management on entire property cleanliness is way above average. And the best view from the balcony! Perfect for morning coffee. Great stay. Thank you!

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at Cocoa Beach Club and everything was fantastic. From booking the condo, receiving regular communication emails from VRBO and the owner through to the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment, nothing could have been any better.We have stayed at Cocoa Beach Club a few times in the past but we haven't been out to Florida for about 10 year. The whole complex seems far cleaner and better managed now than it was before so we rate it 10/10!It has a lovely pool, great access to the beach & ample parking. It is quiet complex with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.We are already looking to book again for next year!

This was a fantastic location, central to everything. Very clean and well kept. The view of the ocean from the balcony and overlooking the pool was really nice. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and then some. It also had beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards. Ellie called to see how everything was. We love to spend time at this Beach Condo, which is beautifully maintained. We have 4 generation of family who have enjoyed the beach condo. We love the white sandy beach and and the ocean. Some of my favorite activities include: sun bathing, swimming, shell collecting, walking the beach, fishing, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, watching rocket launches, and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area and sharing memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect beach location, close to everything, but secluded on the beach. You can walk to stores , restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a very safe location for your family. The condo is beautiful with many upgrades including a new $35 ,000 kitchen with stainless appliances and Quartz counter tops. We hope your family will have many great memories of a wonderful vacation in our Cocoa Beach Condo.
