Vacation in luxury at our gorgeous beachouse in the most sought after location in HB. Be in the water in a few minutes, or take a 5minute stroll to the famous HB Pier. Countless great eateries, classic beach clubs and fantastic shopping awaits you at Main Street or our new hotspot, Pacific City.
A quick walk back to the house and it will be easy to find a relaxing space to harbor your mood ... sunning on the rooftop deck, chilling in the side yard under the palms or grabbing a cold beverage and hanging out on the front deck interacting with new friends and neighbors.
The house has been decorated through-out by high- end interior designers with inspiring art everywhere you look. On the second floor is our 3 bedrooms with king, queen and 2 full size beds. Fine linens and the crashing of the surf will provide you with a fantastic night’s sleep. Multi-head showers and classic tiles show the beauty of these 2 bathrooms. The 2 nd floor wouldn’t be complete without a super comfortable sofa, chairs and top of the line wide screen TV. No need to run downstairs for beverages, a mini bar takes care of that.
We like to think of this place as very special and think you will have that feeling as well.
We offer our bikes w/locks for our guest to use at no charge during their stay, with the understanding and agreement that if the bikes are stolen, the guest will be charged $200 per bike. This fee will be deducted from the guest refundable deposit.

Great house in a great location

This is a very clean and comfortable beach house. Tom and Linda were great to work with. The pictures don't do justice to how well maintained and clean the house is. Would rent there again for sure!

Beautiful beach house!!!

The house was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Tom was a great host and made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. The fact that it was within walking distance from the beach, great restaurants, and shopping was an added bonus. Can't wait to come back again

Perfect!!

Loved everything about this property. Nothing forgotten in the many details this property has to offer. You wont be disappointed. Friendly warm neighborhood and in walking distance to everything HB coast has to offer. I highly recommend.

AMAZING

We came in to celebrate our daughters 18th bday with our family and her friends and this place was perfect. So quiet and relaxing. My husband and i came in two days early and we loved every minute of it. From Tom and Linda being absolutely amazing and so accommodating to the quick walk to the beach and all the people around the neighborhood. Everyone was so inviting and sweet. The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. The only problem was that we had to leave. We will be back soon for sure! Thank you for such an amazing space for us to feel at home away from home.

Great property

We were greeted warmly by the property manager, who lives across the street. They stopped by or checked in almost daily to see if we needed anything. House was beautifully designed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable to sleep 6. Two kids could have slept on portable mattress in the family room area. The garage has everything you need from bikes to beach gear (including a wagon). Kitchen has place settings to handle 8 and there is a huge dining table. Several high quality big screen TVs were great. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet during peak season and a short walk to everything you need downtown. Parking is crazy and expensive in HB so this is a real plus. We also enjoyed the front patio where we could relax and people watch.

Laura, Steve and family were wonderful guest who took great care of the house. It's really a pleasure to see guest get the pace and vibe of the HB area and truly relax. They are welcome back to our houses anytime and we hope to see them soon.

Awesome house, Awesome location, Awesome Host...

This is a perfect location to stay for all the happenings in Huntington Beach. We were here for the Sammy Hagar "High tide Beach party and car show". We arrived on a Thursday afternoon greeted by Tom our host. Tom went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He was very informative about the house and surrounding area. Liquor store, restaurants, etc... This house has a great view of the beach from the rooftop patio. We spent a lot of time on the roof enjoying the surroundings. You are literary one block from the sand. The house is also within walking distance from the downtown area of Huntington Beach. Great restaurants and Bars and nite life. If we ever needed anything, all we had to do was call Tom. He was right there across the street. Super friendly and hospitable guy. He even gave us a ride to the airport. Overall review of the place is 5 star thumbs up. We will be returning

Perfect Beach House

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you needed to stay in or go to the beach. We loved the bikes and enjoyed the coastline while getting some exercise. Tom and Linda were excellent hosts and answered all questions promptly. I’d definitely recommend this property!

Great location

Great property! Close to the bleach close to downtown! It was simply the best place to be! Also the house has everything you need, I didn’t have to bring beach chairs or towels! Owners are simply great hosts! Welcomed us, checked us in and made sure if we needed anything to let them know! Very sweet! Recommend for a nice family get away!

What a perfect spot!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a romantic getaway and it did not disappoint. The house is steps away from the water and Main St which had a great selection of outdoor dining areas. Tom & Linda were great, Linda came over the first night and showed us around. Tom also came and helped fix a small connection issue we had with the TV. They were friendly and the house was very clean. The upstairs patio had a beautiful view of the water too! All in all a really wonderful location I would recommend.

A Must Stay for Huntington Beach

From the booking until our departure, the experience was excellent. The hosts were more than accommodating, the home was spectacular and the location perfect for our family. We are now trying to choose dates that we can return next year. Our family will make this house a tradition for future fun memories!!

Great location and property managers; Not quite as advertised

We recently stayed for 8 weeks. Great location and amazing property managers who live across the street (Tom and Liddy - they even threw us a welcome party to meet the neighbors!). However we encountered many issues. Individually none were a great hindrance (except the stove, see below) however, aggregated, they detracted from what could have been an outstanding property and experience: - No working oven for six weeks - a new oven was eventually installed. This caused us a great deal of frustration, inconvenience and added expense as we planned on cooking a lot during our eight weeks - this was a big issue. - The Barbecue did not work on the ground floor and was replaced. - Electronics in the house were difficult to navigate and inconsistent - TV screen in the master bedroom was not working for six weeks. The TV in the second guest bedroom, and the lights in the third bedroom, suddenly stopped working. The electronics on the third floor didn’t work at all. - Third floor rooftop was not usable - This was advertised as a key feature of the house. We were unable to enjoy it due to the TV and several electrical outlets that were not in working condition. Also, the entire deck needed to be cleaned and most has been damaged by the salt air. - The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced - I understand this has been noted by previous guests and is scheduled to be replaced. - The living room couch has a rancid odor and is frayed at the seams - We used Febreeze every day to reduce the smell. The living room is so beautiful, but the couch is a big detractor. As I mentioned earlier, Tom and Liddy were terrific and very attentive to all of the problems, to the best of their ability. I am hoping the property owner will address the issues above.

Lisa, Happy to report that we have updated the house with a new oven and microwave, new sofa in living area, repaired electrical wiring and the 3rd floor sundeck is currently being renovated. We really enjoyed having you and family stay with us this winter, and hope that we see you on your next visit to HB.

Great home, close to beach

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving. The manager went Our family stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. The manager went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She went so far as to purchasing a turkey roasting pan and offered to bring additional platters and bowls (which we didn't need because the house was so well stocked). The home was beautiful and just several blocks from the beach.

The property was beautiful and had everything you need to be comfortable. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops made the location incredible. Linda and Tom made sure everything was perfect!

Great place to stay while in California

We had a great time here. Central to almost anything you need and a short walk to pacific city where there is food, shopping, coffee, etc. Tom and Linda are amazing and were very helpful for our entire trip. This is a great place to hang out offers a great beach vibe local to a lot of great places.

Wonderful place with lots of space for everyone. Owners and house manager have set up this house in true luxury. Super comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and all the necessities for the beach. Wonderful outdoor space as well. We will be back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location

Our family had a wonderful time at Huntington Beach with a great house that had everything we needed. The garage was well stocked with stuff to enjoy the beach. The owner and property manager were readily available and responsive. Would definitely rent from them again.

Awesome house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nicely decorated with a lot of space to spread out. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. Tom was very helpful, and made our stay extremely easy and comfortable. The house is a short walk to everything. I would highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back!
