Premier location at Huntington Beach Surf City USA, Orange County. This one-bedroom condo is on the sand and strand with 2nd level unobstructed views of the Ocean, Pier, Catalina Island, and north to Palos Verdes. True white-water views are present. The strand and bike path are immediately steps away and is viewed from every window and balcony.

The condo has all the comforts of home and is nicely equipped. Completely furnished with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi, HD smart TV, HD-DVR, Apple TV, Netflix, Cable, & VoIP Phone included. All that is required is your personal items. Free long distance to USA & CANADA.

Main street and all it offers is just a 5-minute walk. Surf shops, restaurants, surf museum, coffee shops, gym, post office, cleaners, pharmacy, etc.... No car required. Walk or bike to everything including the new Pacific City, Fashion Island, Disneyland, Newport, & Laguna Beach, Huntington Harbor are minutes away driving.

This condo is rented to a maximum of 2 persons and has a minimum 31 day stay requirement. No pets allowed. No smoking in condo or patio. Laundry room located steps away within the community. Please note, this condo is approximately 500 square feet and is space planned by a professional with an outdoor living area & patio that is also approximately 500 square feet for a total useable space of 1,000 square feet. The views, space plan, ample light and large patio make this condo feel much larger than it is.

Huntington Beach is home to the longest stretch of beaches anywhere on the West Coast, allowing you to fully experience the most authentic surf culture every way you want it; a welcoming surf town where visitors can feel like a local. West Coast fashion, food and lifestyle are waiting for you in the only place that can truly be called 'Surf City USA'.

Perfect beach getaway.

I am an annual repeat guest. It is perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The condo is extremely comfortable and has efficiently utilized all space. Sitting on balcony under the table umbrella, you can easily see the waves crashing on the shore, birds eye view of surfers, kite surfers, beach goers, town dock, everything just as if you were sitting on the beach- which you can also easily do. Henry and Martha are the perfect hosts and address any and every issue right away. He best I can say is this getaway feeds one’s soul.

Best 6 weeks of my life!!!! Don’t hesitate!!!

If you are on a quest of inner reflection, or any type of fantastic positive change… This is the perfect location to manifest anything you desire with the beautiful ocean amd Huntington Beach pier as a perfect serene setting for inner reflection and dynamic change…!! I spent six weeks here, used my car only once a week, walked 3 to 5 miles a day, meditated, and lost over 8 pounds. My husband and I loved it so much we are going to purchase a unit here!!

The best location in Huntington Beach!

What a wonderful month in Huntington Beach, CA. The location of this condo was perfect, right on the beach with amazing views of the Huntington Beach pier and the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The condo is walking distance to downtown, with many restaurants and shops. We brought our bikes; the bike trail is right in front of the condo and we were able to bike to Long Beach, Newport Beach and Sana Ana without much effort. There are several bike rentals stores within walking distances of the condo if you do not want to bring your bike with you. The condo was clean, well-stocked and the king bed was so comfortable. The owner was so attentive and available if we needed anything, however, everything was perfect and not necessary to contact him for any issues. Thank you again Henry for everything!!

Spectacular Condo

This condo fit our needs perfectly. It is right in the hub of all the Huntington Beach activity which was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the boardwalk being right out front, watching sunsets from the deck and strolling into town for shopping and restaurants. We participated in some beach yoga classes and tried out the F45 gym a few blocks away on a guest pass. It’s a great workout with lots of variety and sweat. We also watched ISA World Surfing Games and the Pacific Air Show during our stay. Henry was very helpful and easy to communicate with if needed. He also informed us of upcoming events, so we knew what might affect our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely choose this condo for future stays.

Best of the best

This condo is absolutely perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is right on the beach, close enough to see and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The property owner is meticulous in taking care of the unit and responsive immediately to any and all needs or requests. While it is a studio, it is designed to maximize comfort. space and storage. I return every year and never ever get tired of sitting on the patio, reading a book and enjoying the ocean. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. It's that perfect.

Beautiful Condo! Beautiful Ocean View!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a month. The condo is extremely comfortable, bed was great. The perfect ocean views were magnificent! The condo has a perfect outside table/chairs for viewing the beautiful ocean. We are planning on returning to this very special place.

Great beach front condo- Huntington Pacific

This is a premium unit in this condo complex. Very few have the amazing front facing views of the beach and the pier, guaranteeing unobstructed views of the sunset every evening. Moreover, it’s two doors (entrance and patio) allow a cross breeze that keeps the unit super comfortable even in the hottest month of August..which is my usual time to book. The unit has all the amenities you need in the kitchen from toaster/microwave/coffeemaker/dishes/silverware/tupperware/cutting boards/corkscrews. The laundry room is just one floor down and around the corner, with the PayRange app obviating the need for quarters. Security is tight and I always feel quite safe. Easy walk to Main Street for the Tuesday Farmers Market, and all the restaurants and shops. Surfing competitions are normally just on the south side of the pier so easy to walk to and fun to watch. The bike path is just outside the gate and could not be more convenient to use.

Amazing location and best views

We stayed for 6 weeks and enjoyed every single day. You can see the beach and ocean from every single place in the apartment, including the bed. This is a very unique property in that it is literally ON the beachIt. It has all the creature comforts and the beach walkway is literally some 15 feet from the apartment. Excellent communications with the host, changes and all information requests were accommodated within hours if not minutes.

Relaxing

We had a great time here! Very relaxing and feels like your on the beach! The studio was very well designed and was roomy enough for 2. There was lots of storage and everything needed to feel like home. Henry was attentive, helpful, and always available/responsive for questions. The only down side was there was a lot of steps and the ones from the garage seemed steep. We will be back for sure!

Huntington Beach

This is my second Aug in this unit and I will be back next year. The property is impeccably maintained and very secure. Location on the beach is so great. Can watch sunsets over the Pacific every night. Can walk to great restaurants and shops and a nice long bike path which I used every day. Highly recommend

Simply perfect

Stayed for a tick over 2 months in the condo and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Perfect for me while I was in SoCal for business and really hope to return next year for another visit. Any tiny issues I had during my stay were addressed right away and was a seamless, relaxing experience. Special thanks to Henry and Martha for such a wonderfully well appointed and relaxing home away from home. A real highlight for my 2018.

Great SoCal beach vacation

I spent the month of August here. What you see in the photos is what you get. The condo IS very definitely on the beach! And it is the only one. Everything else is on the other side of Pacific Coast Highway, and that is what makes it very special. That is, if you like to hear the sound of the waves all day/night and unimpeded spectacular sunset views, and a clear view of the Huntington Pier and the surfers every day. It was just what I was looking for. The landlord, Henry Novell, lives nearby and demonstrated his availability whenever needed. He even offered a TV tutorial…which was very welcome! The kitchen is fully equipped. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cooler as well. Lots of great coffee shops nearby, and the BEST Mexican food. I planned to do some sightseeing in SoCal but I really never wanted to leave the beach! This is a great place to get away and enjoy the sun and the surf!

Beach Front Surf City Condo - Amazing !!!

We rented this property for the month of March, 2018. This was our third year in a row. We are from Colorado and love to get away and visit sunny California and spend time on the beach. The condo is well equipped with dishes, glassware, etc. to cook meals. There is a large gas barbecue located on the deck. The deck is well appointed with a patio table and chairs. We love the deck because it is high enough to allow for privacy from people walking by on the strand. There are guards located at the entrance to the condominium. There is underground designated parking for guests! The inside of the condo is very comfortable with a large, leather sectional couch. The king size bed is very comfortable! The bed is on a platform which raises it off the floor. There are large drawers below the bed which provides for excellent storage. Huntington Beach pier is a short walk from the condo (10 minutes). Ruby’s diner is located at the end of the pier and has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner when you prefer not to cook. It is a 10 minute walk into the town of Huntington Beach. There are clothing shops, curio shops, restaurants, anything you could ask for. You will love this condo. We plan on going back again in the near future.

Fantastic beach front property

This property is exactly as it is shown in the picture and it has a great ocean view. We enjoyed staying in this property so much we had a great difficulty to leave. Definitely we will be back again in the near future.

Picturesque... literally!

We spent 5 weeks at this wonderful beach residence. Henry was super-helpful, in all regards he really spoiled us, and was always available. The apartment and the location of the apartment really are one of a kind… we loved it. amazing sunsets

This is our second year staying there and it is a beautiful experience. The view is amazing as are the sunsets. People are very friendly. Just a short walk to downtown or the pier.

Absolutely incredible experience!

Henry and Martha were the best hosts/landlords one could ask for. Not only was the location just priceless, every single time I had a concern or a question, I simply could text Henry and he responded and resolved all questions. It was just a flawless experience for someone in my situation...moving from the East Coast to Southern CA, this just made the move a true pleasure. I highly recommend this unit, this location, and this owner of the property highly and anyone considering it should just book it!!

Absolutely flawless and amazing!!

I had the privilege of being a guest of Henry and Martha from Oct. 23-Dec. 25, 2016. Their attention to detail and their responsiveness to every little question was beyond expectations. The unit was exactly - if not better than - pictured online and the beds....OMG!!!! The MOST amazing sleep i have EVER had (didn't hurt that the sound of the ocean was in the background 24/7). I have rented from VRBO owners before (largely on East Coast), but this one - by far - was truly exceptional! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Very nice and comfortable place at a unique location right next to the beach

We stayed here as a party of two for about 5 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Henry was always helpful and considerate, he also let us use their beach cruisers to move around town. The condo itself is small but well equipped and cleverly furnished, featuring a nice veranda with great views of the ocean and HB pier. The condo is in a pleasant gated community that also has a pool and coin operated laundry room. A great place to stay! The big plus here really is location: you are literally on the beach, just steps from HB pier. The bars end restaurant around HB main street are also just steps away. Even though the location is next to PCH (Highway 1) the place is really quiet, all you can hear is the rolling of the waves. As Europeans we like to have local grocery shopping opportunities nearby, which is also true here - there is an Albertson as well as an Wall Mart just a few blocks away, actually easily reachable by bike. We had a wonderful time and are already planing to come back, so I can highly recommend to stay here.

Terrific spot!

This very small one bedroom lives large and is located in an amazing spot. Truly unique and one of kind beachfront location. Condo is clean and advertised accurately. Walk to everything like pier, main street, and you never have to leave to enjoy the beach from within the unit since you are for all practical purposes on the beach. Highly recommend for one or two persons.
