Imagine waking up to the soothing sounds of ocean waves and seeing the incredible views of the pacific from your bedroom window. Start your day by grabbing a coffee, a pair of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella and head to the seashore. Then complete your day by viewing the most incredible beach sunset on the west coast. You can live the beach life dream in this fully furnished incredible beach condo . This community is the only development in all of Huntington Beach that is actually in the sand. The boardwalk is also right outside the complex and great for biking, jogging or strolling to great restaurants and shops. The famous Main Street and Huntington Beach pier are even a short 5 minute walk away. Plenty of fun activities are all nearby such as volleyball, surfing, fishing and of course swimming in the beach. Plenty to do here with numerous events through out the year, like the US open of Surfing, Volleyball tournamentā€™s, Airshows, 4th of July parades and fireworks.

This rental sleeps 3 and has all the conveniences of home and comes fully furnished including pots, pans, cups dishes, towels. There are plenty of fun board games, 7 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas . Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with a seating area for 2 to enjoy the ocean view from the window. Bedroom 2 has a day bed with a twin mattress and a roll out twin bed below it. There is also an additional twin XL bed . There is a bonus work desk at the top of the stairs with great ocean and sunset views while your working from home. Downstairs has large flat screen TV including spectrum cable, an electric LED fireplace , dining table and great kitchen. Great WiFi throughout. Comes with a designated parking spot for the renter conveniently located below in the gated parking garage. A few flights of stairs and your home. Plenty of guest parking. The pool is ocean front and there is also a private BBQ area and sand fire pits. No smoking or pets allowed. Proper ID and signed rental agreement required prior to check in.
Available for minimum 31 day rentals up to 12 months. Maximum amount of 3 people. Minimum age for children is 13.

The best location!!!!

As mentioned in the listing, the condo is located on the beach! Gated community, gives you added protection.I would definitely rent this property again. Brand new washer and dryer in the unit.Absolutely no complaints.The view from the upstairs master bedroom is amazing!

This place was great!!!!

Sid was great! Upon arrival he made sure the condo was stocked with essentials and checked in throughout my stay to see how things were going and if I needed anything. The location is prime! Plenty of shops and restaurants right across the street and to top it off you are right on the beach!! The views are amazing! Iā€™ll definitely be returning!

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful experience staying at Sidā€™s property at Huntington Beach. The property is the only condo that sits directly on the beach meaning just a quick walk across the beach and you are at the ocean. The location is ideal. Just a few blocks from main street, shops, restaurants, Equinox gym, volleyball, surfers, the pier, and special events that occur all year round at the beach. The condo was very nice and had all the amenities that you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. We were greeted with a very nice and plentiful package of snack items to start off our visit. The view of the beach was great as was the sounds of the ocean and the breeze each night at bedtime. The property was very private and quiet. Sid was a very good communicator and was there right away if we needed anything. My wife and I would highly recommend staying here. Definitely a 5 star stay!

I stayed in Sidā€™s unit for the month of July 2021. He was the most accommodating and hospitable host. He met me at the gate and gave me a walk through the unit which was super helpful regarding the operation of TV, WiFi, and locks. He even provided a welcome basket of snacks and essentials to start me off. I was attracted to the rental because of the fresh, well decorated, interior, and it is as nice as it looks. He also had beach chairs and towels. I was very pleased that there was an in unit washer/dryer, full size fridge and good sized dining table. One of the nicest features is that the upstairs bedrooms have the advantage of the sound of the surf on the beach, which was a great sleep aid!. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend the month and I definitely recommend it!

August in Huntington

This condo has a great location and is perfect for a couple or small family. Sid is one of the best owners I have worked with and everything he did is greatly appreciated. He leaves a welcome basket and some get started necessities and meets you there to get you oriented. He is available and took care of some small problems while we were there and also gave us gift cards for restaurants for our inconvenience which really wasn't that much. Would highly recommend a stay here if you have an opportunity.
